GoogleExcellent service from Kyrena who was very friendly and helpful, but equally responsive and efficient in arranging our viewing and then dealing with all proceedings thereafter. Elaine the viewing agent was also very helpful and knowledgeable too. A great experience for us and a swift purchase from our vendors perspective too. Our Solicitors also spoke highly of Kyrena and Hollie at the Wymondham branch. Thank you and well done to all the team, we most definitely recommend.

GoogleWe purchased a property that was marketed via TW gaze. Holly and Lee were excellent throughout the purchase and kept our chain (a long chain) fully informed of progress. I’m never moving again but if I did I’d definitely use TW gaze.
How many times have people told us they are never moving again! (We will be here when you do! Glad we were able to keep things moving along for you even if it was a difficult sale.

GoogleOn the whole TW Gaze were fine, but we had a few hiccups and felt that they were not always acting in our interests. We seemed to have to answer a lot of tiresome questions some of which had already been answered. However, they did sell our house in the end and the staff were generally cordial.
Sorry we didn’t appear to give the full 5 star service. I can honestly say we never forget who the client is but selling is a stressful process and at times it can feel as if things aren’t working as they should. Glad we got there though and thank you for taking the time to send the review.

GoogleT W Gaze are a really fantastic and professional estate agency team that went above and beyond to get the sale completed on my new home. Rosie in particular was absolutely brilliant throughout the process; professional, personable and she really went the extra mile to liase and get swift responses to my queries from the sellers and solicitors involved. All her hard work kept my stress levels to a minimum, during what was a difficult time personally through the process, truly grateful. Lee also gave great advice and contacts in terms of surveyors and Karina was also great during initial negotiations and getting my offer accepted at a fair price. A lovely team of estate agents and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Staff are knowledgeable, range of goods is vast. Golden rule is always look at items you are interested in or ask for condition report . Rupert is the most thorough in his write ups. It's better now with pre booking for consignments ,no queuing for hours on a Saturday. Good prices are achieved but bargains can also be found .
