GoogleWe recently viewed a property with TW Gaze and although it wasn't the right one for us, the lady who showed us the property - Gail, was so knowledgeable about the property and area. We felt she had really researched the potential of the property and offered some really useful tips as to how it could be improved. It was refreshing to view a property with someone who had a wealth of knowledge and was genuinely enthusiastic about her job, would definitely view another property with this agency.

GoogleTW Gaze Estate Agents, in particular, Sarah Meek, have been absolutely incredible from start to finish with the purchase of my new property in Suffolk. Sarah was very accomodating. I was able to view the property 3 times myself, and my family have also been to the property a number of times. Emails were answered within 24 hours, or I received a call back within the same time frame. Sarah was super friendly, gave great advice and kept me in the loop at all times. Thank you so much for everything you have done during this time.

GoogleConfirmed viewing, no agent attended and no response to calls. We had a viewing arranged for 2:00pm, which required a 124-mile journey each way (248 miles round trip). My wife and I took a full day off work to attend. No one from the estate agent turned up. We waited at the property for an hour and a half. During this time, we left two voicemail messages, but nobody returned our calls, either at the time or afterwards. As a result, we wasted an entire day and around £60, £70 in fuel costs, with no explanation or apology. While mistakes can happen, the complete lack of attendance and follow-up communication was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I’m leaving this review so others are aware and can take extra care before committing significant time, travel, and expense with this agent.
Firstly the viewing arrangement was clearly an error on our part which should not have happened and is very much regretted. I could blame it on technology but it was a simple human error so our sincere apologies. Regarding no communication though, we did call and leave a message first thing on Monday morning before your post, once we had realised what had happened. We spoke to your partner when she called who accepted our apology and explained the house wasn’t suitable due to its location. We have made an adjustment in our procedure to ensure doesn’t happen again.

I placed several commission bids with this auction house in last weeks sale. Bids I place with all other auction houses are regarded as maximum bids, but not here! BEWARE. Commission bids, according to their T&Cs are discretionary, meaning they can bid more than your actual maximum bid. I was charged £400 more on 6 lots, plus their fees, costing an additional £500 more than I had intended to spend. BEWARE, I certainly will not be bidding at this auction house again!

GoogleLast year my children inherited a property and as we had a two hour journey to get to the property and the condition of the property it was decided to sell the property by auction. The decision was made to use a local agent and solicitor to handle the sale of the property as we had no knowledge on the process of selling a property via auction. T W Gaze especially Richard not only helped us through the auction process but also presented a very derelict property in a professional manner considering the current situation in the property market has led it to selling at auction.

Special thanks to Kate, Eva and Sarah who had every empathy with what I was going through and supported me through it, putting my mind at rest when I was worried about something and there was a lot to worry about. They all helped me through a very difficult and stressful time. I know they worked very hard in the background and their genuine pleasure for me when we got over the finish line was lovely.
