GoogleI really recommend Truepenny Estate agent if you are looking to rent. Mariem Ben Khaled is one of their best agent. I almost moved out of the apartment but since she took over the management of my apartment, it has been smooth sailing. She is very professional, quick to resolve any issues raised or ensure contractors carry out repairs speedily. She is definitely the best. Kudos Truepenny, you've got a good one there!

GoogleI had a great experience with Truepenny's, and with Valencia in particular. I rented my first flat in UK flat with them and Valencia was superhelpful with covering all my questions during the process. (I believe that part of them was silly due to my unexperience). I would definetelly recommend Truepenny's for anyone who is looking for the property.

GoogleI was actively looking for a three bedrooms in late last year to January when I came across Truepenny's Estate Agent, Greenwich in mid January 2023 on Zoopla. I called and Valencia picked up and told me someone is already undergoing referencing for the same property, however, she will reach out to me if anything changes. Trust me, I didn't believe her. Few days later, she actually did got back to me and my renting process began. Since that very day till date, the team has been really supportive, they carry you along with every stage of the process, and are willing to assist where needed. I didn't know renting could be this fun until I came across Truepennys. Thank you Valencia, you're such a sweet soul. Mariem, I cannot appreciate you enough for all the support and understanding. Mike, you are awesome. I will always recommend this team 100%. Thank you Team Truepenny!!!!

GoogleThey looked after my property in Charlton, found a good tenant who offered good rent, and managed the sale of the property as well. Hayden really goes the extra mile.

GoogleI have been very pleased with the service provided. Staff have been very kind, helpful and professional during our process of finding rental accommodation. Hannah has been very responsive and accommodating throughout the process and couldn’t recommend them enough.

GoogleEstate agents have, in general, such a poor reputation that is an unexpected pleasure to come across one as genuinely helpful and efficient as Truepenny's in Charlton. I just wish all the others involved in our (lengthy) chain has been as good!

GoogleHayden and Wallace were both great throughout the process. They remained up to date with the transaction as it progressed and were accommodating whenever I requested any information or an additional viewing. Highly recommend!

GoogleHannah has been the best you can expect from an estate agent when visiting/buying : available but not pushy, flexible, patient, present when needed but not over-present, she naturally finds the right balance. She came back quickly on further questions I had.

GoogleDefinitely the most helpful estate agents I have ever deal with my first point of contact was Hannah Strobel who was super nice and gave very good advice !! Buying a new property can be very stressful. But I have to say Hannah and her team have been super helpful ! Have no problem awarding 5 stars !! And would highly recommend!!

GoogleMy rental experience with Truepenny's Charlton is going great and I think that needs to be praised. A special thank you for the agent Hannah Strobel, who has been following my rent process from the beginning, very swift to all my queries and extremely kind.

GoogleFrom the very beginning these guys had full control of every important detail of selling my property, great advice, amazing advert, my property looked as its best. I was delighted when I read the draft of the description of the property. Super pro photos and 3D tour. On the top of everything, these guys in the Charlton branch were very helpful and cool. 100% recommended

GoogleA very professional and friendly team. Especially, Hayden, Wallace and Hannah. They helped me sell my parents property. Communication throughout the whole process was very helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending Truepenny's to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

GoogleOverall very happy with the service from Truepenny's. I was really pleased that Hannah did my viewings as she was very friendly. Happy with the quick replies throughout the sale process, although there was quite bit miscommunication here and there, especially when it came to exchanging and completing. Regardless, I would use Truepenny's in future. Thanks team
