If I could give Truepennys higher than 5 stars I would! We have just completed with selling our first home and the entire process was handled with constant care and attention from John, Madison and the team at the Greenwich office. Thanks to them, our family has been able to move to a new area, but we would highly recommend anyone in this surrounding area to use Truepennys!

I had the pleasure of working with Madison to find my first rental, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her help. Very poor issue management in the properties

I am not sure how they are for the landlords. We didn't have a choice in choosing them as our landlord just changed agencies.

I've been letting a property through Truepenny's Greenwich office for some time and right from the beginning the whole team has proved to be excellent, in stark contrast to my previous experience. Efficient and knowledgeable, very easy to deal with at every stage. The team's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. A particular standout is Mariem, who has never shied away from dealing with knotty problems, always going above and beyond in presenting creative and effective solutions. Her resourcefulness, tenacity, and people skills are remarkable and so very much appreciated!

The most unestate-agency estate agents I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They have been upfront, friendly and professional throughout and gave true and frank advice. Madison was exceptionally helpful and efficient working with Mariem and John behind the scenes to keep everything ticking over so quickly for me. Really big thank you from my family and I.

Selling a house in Greenwich in Spring 2024 is challenging to say the least. However John and Madison provided what turned out to be accurate initial advice and after a short time on the market (and after several viewings) a very good offer from a buyer with a 4 week deadline. They both assisted us through the stressful (due to the tight timescales) selling process and we are delighted that we managed to sell and move to our new home. I can thoroughly recommend John and Madison who will get to know your property and provide a first class service from start to finish. Thanks guys!!

I’ve been staying at one of their properties for a year now, and it’s been a great experience. They’re super quick to solve maintenance issues, and their maintenance team is lovely.
