GoogleI HAVE JUST SOLD MY FLAT, I HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE AND TRUEPENNY'S NURSED ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS WHICH WAS NOT WITHOUT IT'S PROBLEMS. I WAS NEVER LEFT WONDERING WHAT WAS HAPPENING AS I WAS SELLING FROM A DISTANCE. HAYDEN AND GEORGIA LOOKED AFTER EVERYTHING FOR ME WHICH INCLUDED VARIOUS REPAIRS AND AN ODD DISASTER ALL TAKEN CARE OF IMMEDIATELY. I CANNOT THANK THEM ENOUGH.

GoogleWould leave 0 stars if I could. When these people don't get their way they resort to spam calling during work hours and harassment. Some of us have real jobs you know (that don't revolve around screwing rental tenants out of money... like actual jobs that add worth to society and aren't propping up rich landlords' estates), and can't just pickup the phone at 3pm.

Dear Ray! The issue you raise is regarding your deposit dispute which you have with your landlord. I have tried to contact you on two occasions in the last 24 hrs.. We have not attempted to ‘extort rental tenants out of a deposit’. You have a dispute with your landlord, you initially agreed to some deductions and have since withdrawn your agreement. We have advised that we are simply communicating the instructions provided by your landlord. You have the full protection of the deposit protection service where your deposit is securely held until an agreement is made or until the independent adjudicators make a decision. The adjudicators will review all the evidence including the check-in and check-out reports and will make a judgement from there. We do not receive any financial benefit or loss when it comes to the return or deduction of a tenants deposit, this is a matter between the tenant and the landlord. We have acted in accordance with the deposit protection service guidelines and our professional code of conduct at all times. I would like to request that you pursue this matter through the designated scheme (the DPS and the alternative dispute resolution service) which is there to protect this exact scenario. I would also like to request that you remove all negative reviews relating to the this matter. Please feel free to call me to discuss. GoogleHayley was great, both with the viewings and getting the paperwork sorted getting through the process quickly. However, when it came to picking up my keys, another member of staff did not make it clear which branch to pick up from, which was very inconvenient, having travelled almost two hours to get them.

GoogleI recently got my keys to my new home with the help of truepenny. As an international student, you can understand the anxiety that comes with finding a new accommodation after school. All thanks to Hannah Strobel who helped me though out the viewing to getting my keys. Communication was key to me in this process and the immediate feedback I got from every enquiry was really impressive. Truepenny is actually the best in this game😀. Thumbs up guys👍🏼

GoogleThis is a lovely estate agent with a more friendly and less commercial feel and attitude.I have met with one of the negotiators, Hanna Strobel and I was very impressed how helpful and charming she was. Not usual for a standard estate agent. I would recommend this agency for anyone who is looking to sell or buy.

GoogleI must say I am very impressed with services provided by Hannah Strobel! We were able to view two properties down the road from each other and I settled for one of them there and then. Apart from brilliant Landlord, the Agency was very responsive, professional and friendly when managing the property. I could recommend this agency to any future tenants and landlords. Georgia-lea needs an extra complement as she was always very patient and understanding with any of my queries and responded fast.
