GoogleHad a wonderful viewing with Sarah in Greenwich, she was so friendly and knowledgeable about the flat that she was showing us around. She also gave us some excellent tips for the nearby area and was just an absolute pleasure to chat to. We asked to see the gym and she went above and beyond to get us to the right place for a look inside. Highly recommend this estate agent.

GoogleWe have had a great experience with Trupenny’s over the last 4 years with renting our flat. With property management and any needed maintenance, Ana and James have been great and very responsive. We’re moving out soon and Sarah came to remarket the flat and was also fab. All was done very efficiently and in one afternoon which minimised disruption on our end.

GoogleThey have been truly amazing! So helpful and patient in every aspect! I have had issues with previous letting agencies and was a bit worried about how it would be with Truepenny's but they have succeeded our expectations. From our first contact with them and the actual move-in was less than 1.5 weeks! I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much Chloe and Marien for the incredible service!

GoogleEver since Truepennys took over the management of my rental property my life has become so much easier, and this is without doubt due to the effort and assistance of Ana who looks after it for us. She is simply excellent at her job, nothing is too much trouble and she replies and handles any queries straight away. Would definitely recommend Ana if anyone is looking for an agent to manage their property!.

GoogleI highly recommend Truepenny’s. Million thanks to Valencia Josephs who did a great job. She was very approachable and helpful throughout the process. She is also knowledgeable about the area and she shared with me some of her thoughts and opinions which I appreciated a lot. The process and handover went smoothly. Thanks to Valencia - she truly is an asset to the team. If ever I’d rent again, or buy a property in the area, I’ll go to Truepenny’s first, look for her and enquire. Every time I have concerns or queries, she helps me without hesitation. I remember an agent from a different letting agency in Petts Wood as I was expanding my flat hunt and our experience was unpleasant. Firstly, the agent broke the house key as he tried to open the door of the property, hence had to cancel the appointment and asked us to reschedule which was annoying as I was so busy, only to find out that he took us to the wrong property (I went to the right property but was told initially that it wasn’t the right one). Secondly, he had this vibe that he was not enjoying his job. He didn’t even care to show us around. We showed ourselves around the flat instead. Even if we liked one of the properties he showed us, we decided not to make an offer because we felt that he didn’t deserve to get some credit as we didnt feel valued as his client. Luckily, I did not experience the above with Valencia/Truepenny’s. Also, when we visited their office to submit our proof of ID/passports, everyone there was so nice and accommodating. As for Mariem, our property manager, every time I have queries, she attends to them promptly. I feel great about them so far. I know that I can trust them and that they will do everything to assist me because they value me. Thank you Truepennys Greenwich. Keep up the good work. I hope you continue to help prospective tenants or home owners to find their new home.

GoogleI highly recommend Truepenny's. We had a major fire in our building and needed to find a place to rent so we approached Truepenny’s. It was a very stressful time for us - Sarah and Ana were absolutely brilliant, they were extremely friendly and communicative and they really helped us out. Ana and Sarah really went the extra mile and pushed the insurance company so that we could move in quicker and it made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend them strongly enough, they really go above and beyond.

GoogleA big thank you to the Truepenny’s team in Greenwich, who helped us secure and settle into our rented apartment a couple of weeks ago. Special mention to Ana, who dealt with all of the admin efficiently, answered our questions promptly and who resolved a maintenance issue speedily. Thanks also to Valencia, for introducing us to the property and to Chloe, who initiated the letting process. Great service all round.
