GoogleI have used Truepenny’s for both letting and more recently the sale of a property. They have always been excellent, moving quickly to find tenants and a buyer, keeping me up to date on issues and conducting regular checks.

GoogleI had a great experience renting with Truepenny’s Dulwich, and I particularly want to highlight Chris and his team. From day one, they were responsive and professional. At the start of the tenancy, there were several issues to address, but these were resolved quickly and to a high standard. Whenever a problem arose, Chris took ownership and handled it promptly. I also want to acknowledge the several occasions Chris arranged for help maintaining the garden, this was incredibly helpful. The contractors he assigned were always friendly, skilled, and respectful of my home. The checkout process was also seamless. I highly recommend Chris and Truepenny’s if you're looking for a stress-free rental experience.

GoogleWe highly recommend Truepenny's agency in Greenwich. John Morritt and Wallace Jaffray were extremely helpful, efficient, friendly, and professional throughout. Buying a property is very stressful, and I had many questions, but John and Wallace made the entire process much easier and stress-free. An outstanding service from beginning to end.

GoogleI recently rented through Trupenny’s Letting Agency, and my experience was outstanding. Mariem, the Property Manager, and Valencia, the Assistant Property Manager, were exceptionally professional at every stage of the tenancy. They addressed all my concerns with great care and were incredibly supportive throughout the process. They handled my enquiries promptly and effectively, liaising seamlessly with the landlord and keeping me well-informed every step of the way. I truly appreciated their attentive service and would highly recommend Trupenny’s for anyone looking for a reliable letting agency.

GoogleI'm very disappointed with this agency and the communication after I moved out. I've been waiting over two weeks for my deposit, and now I'm told I have to wait another seven days by the DPS. Also when I was due to move out, I didn't receive any warnings or emails about people viewing my room. They told me, "you don't need to be present for viewings," but I was uncomfortable with strangers going into my room when I wasn't there. Additionally, I don’t think they screen tenants well; I felt very uncomfortable around one of the tenants who also didn’t clean up properly and wouldn't co operate with the house rules. I wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. Review from: Tom Purcell.

I am not sure how they are for the landlords. We didn't have a choice in choosing them as our landlord just changed agencies.

Madison in particular has made us feel reassured after having a bad experience with a different estate agency and she lead us through the process with great clarity. We felt that the communication was exceptional and minimized the anxiety that came with looking and arranging a new rental place. We have just completed with selling our first home and the entire process was handled with constant care and attention from John, Madison and the team at the Greenwich office. Thanks to them, our family has been able to move to a new area, but we would highly recommend anyone in this surrounding area to use Truepennys!

GoogleI found a flat to rent in Dulwich through Truepenny’s, and they’ve been ace. Aimee showed me around the flat and I was in safe hands throughout the rest of the process.. Everyone else I’ve dealt with at Truepenny’s has been lovely too. And their process for getting snags sorted is quick and robust.

GoogleTruepenny's in East Dulwich were excellent in every respect. I had two flats to sell and a rental to organise as well. The flats were marketed and went under offer very quickly at above asking prices. They found very good tenants for a short term rent. Sales progression was extremely efficient, with frequent updates. I highly recommend these Estate and letting Agents.

GoogleI've been letting a property through Truepenny's Greenwich office for some time and right from the beginning the whole team has proved to be excellent, in stark contrast to my previous experience. Efficient and knowledgeable, very easy to deal with at every stage. The team's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident. A particular standout is Mariem, who has never shied away from dealing with knotty problems, always going above and beyond in presenting creative and effective solutions. Her resourcefulness, tenacity, and people skills are remarkable and so very much appreciated!
