TrustpilotAn Exploitative Experience with Chris and the Agency
We’re lucky to have had Chris as our agent, as he excels in standing for landlords and exploiting tenants. I believe he always does a good job in this regard.

GoogleFantastic service and communication throughout the sale of my flat. Connor and Kyley really made this a lot easier for me than I thought it would be!

GoogleHad an outstanding experience working with Truepenny's in my search for my first place, especially Aimee, who was really knowledgable, friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Worked with the 5/6 different letting agents and they really go the extra mile in terms of attention to detail and putting steps in place to make sure that the customer experience is brilliant. Would highly recommend to anyone!

GoogleWe cannot recommend this estate agent more highly. John Morritt was an absolute delight and so very helpful we could not have asked for more!

GoogleMy wife sold her 3-bedroom apartment via Truepenny's. We have been very satisfied across the entire journey from initial contact to actual sale. John has been constantly available and guided through the entire process. Furthermore, has been all agreed points and commitments met/ overachieved. We deliberately decided for this local estate agent and would do everything the same again. Thanks a lot, Claudius

GoogleAbsolutely thrilled with the exceptional service provided by Madison Teather at Truepenny’s. Madison took the time to understand my needs and preferences in searching for a flat, making me feel like a valued client from the start. Throughout my search, Madison demonstrated outstanding dedication and communication, keeping me informed at every stage and addressing any concerns or questions. Above all, I felt that Madison had genuine care for me as a client and ultimately helped me find my perfect home in Greenwich.

GoogleMy experience with Michael Turner at Truepenny's Greenwich was nothing short of outstanding. From the initial viewing to the final closing, Michael's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication were evident every step of the way. What sets Michael apart is his genuine commitment to his clients' best interests. He was always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had, and he ensured that I felt confident and informed at every stage of the transaction. You know a real estate agent is the one to trust when he tells you the problems of the property right off the bat. Straightforward, honest, and patient. Truepenny's Greenwich on a whole has been very helpful. Thank you for the smooth transaction.

TrustpilotFull of lies
I viewed a flat for sale through Truepenny’s back in January. The first question I had for the agent showing me around was why the seemingly reasonably priced property was still on the market. I asked if the commercial units in the vicinity had any bearing on that fact it hadn’t sold and if there would be any issue in getting a mortgage on the property? The agent said it was nothing to do with that, just a slow market at the moment and then lied through their teeth, assuring me “there would be absolutely no issue in getting a mortgage”. Fast forward a few months, mortgage repeatedly rejected by the more lenient high street lenders. I email the ‘sales progressor’ to update him, letting him know another mortgage application has been rejected and the following morning I find the flat is back on the market! Not so much of quick check with me that I wanted to pull out of the purchase. The flat is now on the market again, with no warning to anyone that you can’t get a mortgage on it. And I’m £1000 worse off because of Truepenny’s blatant lies.

GoogleGreat service from Chris, helping us move into our property early in order to make it possible and arranging a clean at short notice ahead of the move. Highly recommend!

GoogleAlex was everything I'd not experienced at many other estate agents! Communicative, informed about every property, sincerely interested in what I needed from the property I was searching for. I've never had a more seamless transaction or relationship when buying a property before. Thank you to Alex and Truepenny's for making my move to East Dulwich a delight. I can't recommend Alex highly enough.

GoogleAn exceptional team and great experience. Thank you particularly to Conner, Alex and Wallace in what was a tricky transaction, I couldn't have done it without them and would heartily recommend. I met with 3 agents and Truepenny's were the obvious choice - they were selling my home, not just a house, great communication, great expectation management and understood both mine and my buyers priorities. Had a buyer in 5 days, all vetted and ready to go. A fantastic experience compared with my buying - thank you again all.

GoogleAttempting to find property to buy on their website using a mobile phone is so cumbersome and difficult that it puts you off engaging
Agent replied · 16 June 2024
Hi Ian, Sorry to read that you are struggling with the navigation of our website on your mobile phone. We are in the process of updating the website to make it more usable for mobile users. The timescale on getting the new version to go live is dependant on a third party company and unfortunately out of our control. Was there anything in particular that you would like us to address? Please feel free to email me directly at: ryan@truepennys.com. Also happy to run through your property search if still needed. The usability of the website is not a reflection of our service standards. I would really appreciate your consideration to this and ask for you to remove the review as it does have a negative impact on our overall rating. Thanking you in advance, Ryan Vella
