Google31 Dec had an electrical fault in the fuse box which meant no boiler, fridge or freezer in use. Contacted Truepenny's on Saturday morning and Ana A went above and beyond to get the problem fixed. Arranged an electrician to come out New Years eve and everything was sorted. GoogleWe recently had a security issue when a shared gate lock broke. Sam El Jani was polite, calm and understanding when I called the office and she sent someone to resolve the issue and fix the lock the next day. We feel safe again and are very happy with the service provided. Thank you.

GoogleJamie was superbly helpful, friendly and approachable, and really supported me through the process to secure a new flat to let. I could rely on him to keep me updated regularly, call me when he said he would, and he even let me know where things were up to if he didn't have solid news for me yet, helping me to manage my expectations. He provided a brilliant level of customer service that is simply rare to find! I'm sure his clear, transparent communication would be a very welcome help to everyone, as moving is always a stressful and complicated process. Personally, I'm neurodivergent and I massively rely on good clear information to navigate what's going on, so his personable approach helped me probably more than he realised! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some communications with Truepenny's once things were out of Jamie's hands were harder to navigate. But all in all, everyone I spoke to was friendly, it all got sorted in time, and I'm now enjoying my lovely new home :)

GoogleTrupenny was recommended to me by another friend to let out my property, which was successfully let out in April. Sam El Jani has been my key property manager right from the beginning. The whole process has been extremely positive right from the beginning. For me, the most important of all is the continuous communication AFTER the property been let. With Sam, that is exactly the case. She has been updating me for any issue or queries with the tenants. Everything appear to be resolved within a good timeframe, and I did not receive much complaints from my tenants either. It is an all-round very positive experience from Trupenny. I would also highly recommend Sam as well.
