Peter I have checked our records and there is no record of you doing business with us. You seem to be a serial reviewer but your review is not helpful to the public or my company. Avoid!!!! why when we have never dealt with you. Do you have a complaint to make? if so why have you not gone through an appropriate channel before typing the word Avoid. Please feel free to contact me if you have an issue with my company and if there is not a problem then remove your review which has already been reported to Google as fake.

GoogleHad my property listed very quickly and even managed to obtain an offer before actively available on Rightmove etc.
Original buyer dropped out and the team were quick to get it back on the market and viewers in.
Only one suggestion would be that some who viewed second time around clearly weren't interested so perhaps could have been better vetted beforehand.

GoogleTrading Places (Sale) have been professional from the start until the end of the process in selling my property in Timperley. Marketing and Communication were great from the start and the continual dialogue with them has been of the highest standard. They efficiently took over liaising between all parties including both the buyers and the solicitors, completing thorough checks on the financial ability of the buyers to proceed. I can't recommend Trading Places highly enough and I would like to give a big thank you to Bev Quinlan and her team for all their help and support, fantastic!

FacebookVery friendly and efficient staff - sold my house for a very good price within just 5 days. They were on hand to help with any questions and also followed up with my buyer directly on my behalf when things seemed to have slowed down via the conveyancers / solicitors. Special thanks to Sara and Rachel - would recommend!
