Excellent service from all at Trading Places Urmston. Lee was very professional with a pleasant disposition when he came to value Mums flat for probate. Chloe dealt with the sale of the flat and was very efficient and helpful and did everything in her power to push the sale along. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always made you feel important with her bubbly nature. It has been a pleasure to deal with Lee Chloe and Mark and would highly recommend their services. They are fantastic! And what an asset Chloe is to the team. She was utterly exceptional in supporting my sale and purchase over a stressful period. She is professional, patient, reassuring and has a great sense on humour which is always a bonus! If left to solicitors, and without Chloe pushing as she did, the chain would not have progressed as quickly as it did. I think her ability to know what information to tell clients vs what is unnecessary and would cause stress is priceless. I still pop in now and again to see her with my little dog, Marjorie!

I’m leaving this review to warn others and hopefully prevent anyone from going through the same frustrating experience I did. I attempted to buy the property at 21 Anderton Lane, Eccles, M30 0YS. From the beginning, I received completely contradictory information regarding the sellers’ situation. I was told the sellers were ready to proceed, but after seven months, there was absolutely no progress. The agent managing the sale, Chloe Dillon, from trading places urmston, withheld critical information about the sellers’ position until I finally had no choice but to walk away. For anyone considering this property, be aware that the same situation happened last year, the sale never went through, and now it’s happened again with me. I lost seven months of my life chasing a purchase that was never going to happen. There were also inconsistencies around the Help to Buy documentation and confusion about when the property was actually put under the sellers’ names. Throughout the process, Chloe was unprofessional, dismissive, and entirely lacking in empathy. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against dealing with this estate agent.

Anyone looking to sell there house, don’t give it a second thought, use this place. They genuinely look to get the best price for your house. Honest & open and direct, I couldn’t ask for anymore. After having my house valued by three estate agents I went for Trading Places due to what I felt was the personal touch. Of the three Lee, was the only one to use my name during the valuation and that to me made me feel like I was a person and not a commodity. I feel he fully explained the market and gave a realistic valuation, which ultimately helped sell my home. Lee did some of the viewings and it was his style and technique that sold my house. Both Lee and Mark were exceptional. After a sale fell through in the chain, Mark did his utmost to push the sale on and due to his professionalism and determination we lost only a few weeks on our completion date. Mark has alway returned my calls and emails and kept me updated throughout the process.

Trading Places Urmston recently dealt with the sale of my late father's property and I cannot recommend the services of Lee and his team highly enough. We met Lee at the property on the Friday, they took photos on the Sunday and marketed it on on the Monday. The was a viewing on the Tuesday morning and by mid-afternoon an offer had been accepted. The whole process was extremely smooth and the sale completed when grant of probate was processed. I chose Trading Places to sell my house initially because they were more responsive and helpful than the competition. Lee came to the house to carry out a valuation and take the photos, and the house ended up selling within about a month. I was happy with the negotiated price achieved after receiving a couple of lower offers. They handle the viewings efficiently and professionally and I managed to get quite a few viewings booked in, of which I received three offers in the course of the month. So I was very happy with this side of things. After the house was sold subject to contract, there were a few months of the conveyancing process, and Sam dealt with any concerns related to the buyers and the related sale. He was always polite, competent and a pleasure to deal with. There were some issues with delays on the solicitor side but the communication with the buyers via Trading Places was timely and efficient so everything was kept on track. If I had to choose an estate agent in Urmston in the future, I would go for Trading Places above the competition, as the communication was generally excellent, there were no issues in getting hold of people when this was needed, and the fees were competitive. Moving house is always a stressful experience but you can lessen the stress by choosing an agent which is helpful and competent, and I very much found this to be the case here.

From Janet Fitzsimmons. Me and my husband decided we would sell our home of 30 years to down size when we saw well our bungalow now. I ment with Steve who came to value our home I was upset as it was our home for 30 years but Steve put me at ease and once we saw the bungalow we new we were doing the right thing. Safe to say, if we didn't rate Trading Places as a 5 star Estate Agency we wouldn't have returned to use them again!We found Rob, Liz, Danielle and the team fantastic from start to finish. Rob took the time to come to our house late in the evening and talk everything through with us. He has a great knowledge of the market and it was reassuring that he was local to the area. We recently sold our house through Trading Places in Chorlton and I have to say that I was impressed with the service from beginning to end. Rob Hull was instrumental in us selling our house quickly and for a very good price. He was extremely personable, upfront and honest, which I particularly liked, and once we had sold the house, kept in touch with us constantly to let us know what was going on and to find out how we were progressing. We had some difficult moments with the chain post-sale, and Rob was extremely supportive and helpful throughout - going above and beyond our expectations - nothing was too much trouble. Can't thank him enough. In our house he is known as Mark The Mover of Mountains! If we ever come to sell, it's Mark we will be asking. Thanks for all the help. Jack and Lindsey.
