I cannot recommend Trading Places highly enough. I recommend them to all my friends in the area. Our experience was brilliant from start to finish. We requested a valuation and Steve himself came round almost as soon as I'd sent the email. He gave us a valuation and was extremely lovely and personal. It made the thought of selling our beloved family home much less of a wrench and he helped us get excited for the future. Danielle came to take photos soon after and did an amazing job, the house looked fantastic. I've kept the pictures as a keepsake of our special first family home. The team arranged an open house and we got so much interest and offers that it was sold in a weekend! They took the stress and worry out of it for us and it was nothing but exciting! Buying was almost just as easy. We looked for a while, had viewings at a few with the super lovely, friendly, smiley Sara. She was great and understood exactly what we wanted, made us feel completely comfortable, made a fuss of our little boy and helped us so much. She was there to offer advice when we needed it and eventually helped us find the home we loved. The team again offered us advice on what to offer and we were so lucky to get the house we loved, again with no stress or complications. The Trading Places team are just amazing, they are so experienced and great at what they do. I wouldn't use anyone else! Thank you Steve and Co for making one of the most stressful things you can do be pretty stress-free! You're all wonderful!!

The service that we received from Mark and his team at Trading Places, Urmston was top class from the valuation stage until we completed. We were treated with respect all the way through and the quality of the photos and advertising detail was excellent. Mark was extremely professional and careful when accessing our property to ensure that we felt safe. This is particularly important given the extra worries the pandemic has brought. I purchased through trading places earlier this year, they did everything I would expect from an estate agent. The property was priced well. They kept me well informed and were very aggressive with all parties to get the sale over the line. Dealing with solicitors, third parties, mortgage company’s and me was never going to be easy but Chloe had us all managed well and the sale went through without stress. Absolute pleasure to do business with and I have no issue using or recommending them to anybody in future.

Can't recommend them enough - we have already referred 2 friends! Our experience with Trading Places was amazing. We had dealt with from other estage agents, but none were as welcoming or informative as Trading Places. They helped us prepare the house for the photography for the listing, which meant that we got great photos and attracted a lot of attention to the house. Because of this, we accepted an offer just 2 days after listing! Not only that, the offer was well above asking price. Mark and Lee at Trading Places we’re excellent - would 100% recommend. From their first visit, explaining the process, through to the quality of the listing and photographs, advice, and level of service at viewings we’ve been incredibly pleased. They took a real interest in the property and ensured they knew key selling points before viewings to give us the best chance of selling, it’s obvious they take pride in their work. They have been supportive through the process after the sale, providing updates and support where needed between us and the buyers.
