We had a number of disappointments with the chain but they were very understanding and supportive throughout the whole process and always were able to update us each week. GoogleWe applied to rent a property through trading places and were told that we were the only applicants and we were simply waiting for a credit check. It turned out that there were other applicants and they decided to go with someone else, leaving us completely high and dry. Absolutely no communication and never kept us informed of the process. If you are a renter, AVOID.
Hi Harry, I am sorry to see you have been dissatisfied with Trading Places. Customer service is very important here at Trading Places. I have to disagree with the way you felt you were dealt with. You were never told you were the only applicant and you called several times and were informed it was in fact the landlord who was deliberating over which applicant to go with. Unfortunately on this occasion the landlord preferred another applicant. I note you have made no formal complaint through our complaints procedure and would invite you to perhaps do this as we are part of the Property Ombudsman and are happy to try and resolve any issues you have with us. Thanks for taking the time to post a Google review but I would advise in the future before posting a review please make sure the review is legally correct.

FacebookTerrible service and farcical administration. Trading Places sent us two copies of a £2500 invoice this week and asked us to write a review, so we are. We were due to complete this week but revived notification via a third party that the sale was off. Trading Places still haven’t contacted us directly after two days. We packed up our entire house to move and they didn’t even have the courtesy to tell us the sale was off. This follows a frankly farcical sale process where they repeatedly sent people to view the wrong house, and sent others on the wrong day. Surveyors turned up without any notification, and there has been radio silence from the company since they ‘secured’ the sale. The only thing they have done efficiently is send an invoice for a job not done. I’m astounded that they could treat clients so poorly. Needless to say, I couldn’t recommend them less - the mess that they have left us in will take a lot of time and work to sort out.

FacebookNot for a moment, did i think i would have a reason to smile, I certainly didn't believe my life could changed in such a manner. I literally don't know how i could express my tribute to Mrs "Dria Hither Kealdinh" and her "Company Brokers" for trading for me, that i got such a remarkable earning, Am extremely amused with her skilfulness, i've no idea on how she did it that I earned such a tremendous profit in 7 days. All i did was to invest $700 and in a "week" she made $8'400 profit. I have traded on lots of "Platforms" and also lost huge cash, Just trying to get to the top, meet alot of junk Experts who claims to know much about Binary/Forex Investment, but turns out that they were all scumbags and financial sucking demons, who where trying to devour me financially Well, i give "God" my deepest appreciation, for making me glance through ma'am "Dria Hither's" Page, Page Looked legit/accustomed, although wasn't really sure if it was going to work out, But Mrs Hither's world's always caught my instinct, So i gave up my negative thoughts and give in a shot.
