GoogleThe staff at this company are very rude, unprofessional and not understanding at all. When our end of tenancy approached, the people at trading places, in particular JULIE, put everything in our way to delay the process. This has resulted in us having to pay for unnecessary things, and not have our deposit returned as of yet, which I find disgusting as they know we have a newborn baby!! Never mind the cost of living is through the roof at the minute too… They also arranged viewings for our house without telling us until an hour before, which is against the law, and also very wrong again, as I say, we have recently had a baby, and do not appreciate people coming in and out the house without proper notice! If we had a problem and called the office, we was greeted to very rude staff who clearly have 0 people skills and very unprofessional. I would just really avoid this company, unhelpful, never answer the phone or emails, disgusting way of treating people! We have never missed a payment, the house was immaculate when we left it (which JULIE also stated on the phone to us and we have picture evidence of). There is no reason for this company to behave the way they have, and even if there was an issue, there are many different ways to speak to tenants, and just show some professionalism!

GoogleI have been the company’s client for many years for selling and lettings, I must say both teams are great and act professional. They are friendly and helpful, reply to emails quick and very efficient. Julie and Meh from the letting part are very proactive, they do their best to attract the clients. I was always up to date with viewings appointment and feedbacks . They would advise you purely and help to get the property going. This experience applies to the selling team too, Fiona and Bev. Thank you very much for your hard work. I would strongly recommend The Trading places company to everyone.

GoogleWe are using Trading Places by random and they give us an excellent service with positive support to the client side in always. The agent Mehvish she is very helpful and being professional on different rental aspect issue. And even solve all those problem in very efficiency way. I would definitely recommend Mehvish and the agent Trading Places, great knowledge of the local area and properties.

GoogleOur sale simply would not have been possible if it wasn't for the sheer amount of work Rachel put in. A non-responsive solicitor on the buyer's side, required Rachel to be on the phone for multiple hours every day just to get the smallest update and keep the sale moving. Rachel kept that up for around six weeks from the point at which we were ready to complete to actually managing to. Whilst the process was stressful for us, I'm incredibly thankful to Rachel for going above and beyond to make it possible, and taking what pressure she could off us. All the staff involved in our sale were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to Bev for her initial guidance on the sale and Lee for doing our viewings. I'd highly recommend having a local agent as well as solicitor to use in your sale/purchase, Trading Places along with Bannister Preston were a perfect combination for us.

Compared to other estate agents in the area, I would not hesitate in recommending putting your trust in their very friendly, approachable and efficient team, especially with Fiona living in the Sale area with her local knowledge being a great benefit when helping prospective buyers consider the area!

GoogleCan't recommend them enough - we have already referred 2 friends! Our experience with Trading Places was amazing. We had dealt with from other estage agents, but none were as welcoming or informative as Trading Places. They helped us prepare the house for the photography for the listing, which meant that we got great photos and attracted a lot of attention to the house. Because of this, we accepted an offer just 2 days after listing! Not only that, the offer was well above asking price. After this was accepted, Trading Places remained a constant source of help and expertise throughout the sale process and helped us push through just before the stamp duty deadline.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Viewed many house through trading places always very professional and friendly. Special thanks to Sara and Callum both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I’d say if it wasn’t for sara we wouldn’t have our first family home now!

GoogleI could not recommend trading places enough. The lengths they went to to help us find the right house were endless. They all work so hard and tirelessly to make sure you are happy and I appreciated this so much during a really stressful process of finding a house. We viewed around 30 houses altogether and most were with trading places. My main thank you has to be to Sara who is just amazing and lovely! She is the reason we found our amazing home and I will forever be grateful. Another thank you to Rachel (who fit in a viewing after hours for us), Callum and Danielle who were also very helpful.

GoogleI only have good things to say about the Stretford Office of Trading Places. If I have to single one person out who went above and beyond that would be Rachel Cummings. Our house sale fell through twice but it third time lucky and everything was settled recently. The viewings were handled with great care. I was kept appraised of the situation at all times. My emails were answered promptly and my phone calls were returned. Rachel is a credit to this company. She is very understanding, knowledgeable and polite. I would have no hesitation in recommending Trading Places. They take a lot of the stress away in what is a very stressful thing to do.
