GoogleMs Mehvish Linna reacted to my request promptly. She sent a contactor, David, to resolve all my house's issues in the same day. I am happy with their professional service. Thank you very much.

GoogleWe had the great pleasure of being very well looked after by Mehvish whilst renting a new property. Mehvish was extremely helpful and made us feel that we really mattered and that she really cared about the outcome for us. Too often estate agents are very impersonal and make you feel judged according to your circumstances. Thank you very much Mehvish.

GoogleGreat service from first meeting and valuation. Always got back to me when any concerns arose. Always dealt with the same person, not passed around to people who don't know the property. Would totally recommend sale staff.

GoogleIt has been a very good experience as we had not moved house for the past 25 years so we needed help and we definitely got it with trading places who did their upmost to sell our house and make sure we got the right price for it. Everything was very professional but also personalised to us and our needs. We thank trading places for making our dream a reality.

GoogleTrading Places (Sale) were instructed to sell my apartment in central Altrincham. I was very impressed with the speed of getting it to the market and the interest I received from an early start, resulting in many viewings and plenty of offers which were above the advertised asking price. The offers were validated efficiently and quickly and resulted in a very motivated buyer. The process was swiftly managed and I completed the sale in a timely manner. I would recommend any future vendors to use this Agent and have no hesitation in providing a **5 Star Review*, an extra special thanks to Bev Branch Manager and the team.

GoogleReviewing on behalf of my mum and dad. Fiona and her team were so efficient and professional throughout the process from putting their house up for Sale to handing over the keys at the finish. Fiona was very informative throughout and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend trading places. A five star service.

GoogleI am an overseas buyer. Chloe Dillon is the Sales Progressor representing seller/property owner. However Chloe played a crtical role in reminding/pushing my lawer to make sure the completion is able to match my needs. Without Chloe, I believe the completion date will be further delayed.
Thanks Betty, it has been a pleasure assisting you.

GoogleI purchased through trading places earlier this year, they did everything I would expect from an estate agent. The property was priced well. They kept me well informed and were very aggressive with all parties to get the sale over the line. Dealing with solicitors, third parties, mortgage company’s and me was never going to be easy but Chloe had us all managed well and the sale went through without stress. Absolute pleasure to do business with and I have no issue using or recommending them to anybody in future.
Thanks for the great review Michael. Hope all goes well with the purchase.
