GoogleI've had a fantastic experience with Trading Places. Both Mev and Julie were experienced and professional (as well as super friendly!) and had excellent communication with myself and my partner throughout our letting process. I highly recommend Trading Places to anyone looking to rent or buy.

GoogleCant recommend Trading Places highly enough ! Just completed the sale of my property with them, after what has been a very stressful time, due to a nightmare of a buyer ! Steve and his team, especially Sara, Callum & Rachel were all amazing throughout the whole process, very supportive and giving me sound advice throughout. Sara encouraged me to then keep going and another buyer was found, and a sale was achieved and completed within 7/8 weeks !! Very professional and I could always rely on them to deal with things in a very efficient way. Best team in the area !! Thank you so much guys, it was definitely an experience !!

GoogleTrading places are a disgrace they will not sort our damp/black mold issue out at the flat we rent of them 5mins walk down the road from them we have had damp for over 2 years now,yes there was an agency befor incharge called property genius who also did not fix the problem they then changed to trading placese who are just as bad nothing has been done to sort it we have a 1 year old baby sleeping in a room with damp and black mold they are putting my babys health at risk by failing at there job and trying to be cheep arses this includes the landlord that trading places are working on behalf of
Daniel, have you got rid of the fish tank that has no lid and is the main contributing factor to your damp issue? You have been advised to do this by the health and safety people at Trafford Borough Council on 3 occasions but have refused to remove it from your property. You have also been advised to open your windows and ventilate your property and use your heating to sort the problems. We have moved a radiator for you to allow for better heat retention and are working with a retrofit company to improve the whole buildings energy rating. As you are aware we took over this from another agent and have worked closely with Trafford and the landlord to help resolve issues there. We are doing are best with a building that is over 100 hundred years old and can only work as fast as contractors can accommodate the work in their schedules. This review is neither accurate or fair so please remove it.

GoogleFrom viewings to completion they were absolutely brilliant. They had a great selection of properties for us to view and we absolutely love our house now that we are all done and moved in. Special thanks goes especially to Rachel who was so patient, responsive and reassuring while we were having a nightmare with our solicitors. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is looking at buying or selling in the area. As a first time buyer we couldn't have asked for more, very happy.
Hi Jennie, it was a pleasure helping you move into your first property. Thanks for the lovely review and we hope you settle in quickly.

GoogleHad great help from Trading places from start to finish on a recent purchase. First time buyer so I was clueless and had a lot of questions and everything was always answered quickly. I had plenty of help in chasing up when there were issues close to completion too. Would 100% recommend
