Hi Gring, I note you recently left one of our properties but throughout your time there there were no reported issues or any dealings where we had to get involved. On that basis I am confused by your review. If there was something you were unhappy with we do have a complaints procedure which you are more than welcome to use if you have a an issue you would like to report to Trading Places. I am totally unaware of any problems and on that basis cannot understand why you have provided a poor review.

Hi Gring, we have emailed you to discuss why you have provided a poor review. You have not responded and therefore we have no understanding as to why you have posted this. You had little to no interaction with us whilst renting through Trading Places and never complained whilst in the property or after leaving. We cannot address issues if you are not willing to inform us as to what was the reason for your poor review.

GoogleVery pleased with the service overall and the communication from start to end. We are first time buyers and it was new and unfamiliar territories for us but Fiona put us at ease from the beginning and was very professional, which helped us trust her expert opinion. We were particularly impressed with how she kept us on the loop, especially towards the end - really helped keep the stress levels low! Would definitely recommend!

GoogleMe and my partner bought our property which Trading Places. Even though we weren't their client, they were constantly on hand to help us through the difficult process with Solicitors and always felt like they were in our corner. We were so impressed by the level of service provided even when we weren't one of their clients. I would highly recommend using Trading Places when buying/selling properties and will definitely be using them in the future. Not a bad word to say.

Hi Matt, sometimes we have to help people in our chains because they are not getting the service they require from their own agents or solicitors. We just want the process to be smooth and on that basis we have no hesitation in helping anyone in the chain. thanks for the lovely review from all the team here at Trading Places Stretford

GoogleThey are fantastic! And what an asset Chloe is to the team. She was utterly exceptional in supporting my sale and purchase over a stressful period. She is professional, patient, reassuring and has a great sense on humour which is always a bonus! If left to solicitors, and without Chloe pushing as she did, the chain would not have progressed as quickly as it did. I think her ability to know what information to tell clients vs what is unnecessary and would cause stress is priceless.
I still pop in now and again to see her with my little dog, Marjorie!

GoogleHi Sara.
Rachael and Jack here from the viewing of a viewing in stretford.
We just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your services on Saturday.
You were honestly such a breath of fresh air and stand out from all the other estate agents who have shown us around previous properties.
From first impressions you made us feel at ease and very welcome.
Your appearance was impeccable, your polite and positive manners, collectiveness and kind energy and most importantly your delivery of information was second to none. We really liked that you had the information ready and you came forward with it before us even needing to ask. This makes a drastic change from our past experiences, hence why we feel the need to praise you on your outstanding work.
I wish we could book you for any future viewing (although hopefully we wont need any), but being serious I would recommend you in a heart beat.
Your definitely a master of your craft so thank you again for making our viewing so
Seemless. When the day comes and we have our own property to sell we would want you to represent it.
We left the viewing liking you nearly as much as the house itself.
We wish you all the best in the future.
Rachael & Jack
