Honest & open and direct, I couldn’t ask for anymore. Lee - very professional throughout and always made himself available for any questions that I may have. Thanks Lee. GoogleTrading Places Sale are excellent. My late husband used the lettings team to help manage his buy to let he had the same tenant for 8 years and the team at Trading Places did a brilliant job. The tenant moved out and I decided to sell and again everyone was so professional at all times. Special thanks to Pat, Fiona and Julie you’re a great team

I think you have reviewed the wrong Trading Places Or you are just a competitor trying to ruin my google Profile. All our vendors are given a questionnaire asking about the tenure of their properties. And we don’t advertise this as only solicitors can verify 100% the tenure status as even the land registry sometimes get it wrong. 95% of our area is leasehold but on long leaseholds Of 999 years which would not affect your ability to buy. Go and place your fake reviews elsewhere.

Google6 coniston road , anyone needs to move here l m just advising you to not !! You will live the most horrible nightmare in your life , in reality the landlord of this house is trying to collect some deposit of the tenants , and this agency are going into its game, by making you believe that the tenancy agreement can be renewed but in reality they send you a notice 21 to leave the property for sale which is not true ! And after they try to keep your deposit to renew some old hided damage which lucky we took a pictures of it before we moved in ! So kindly any tenant l m advising you to totally avoid this agency specially the famous manager Danielle, because of her my life has been totally ruined and made me in extreme deep depression with her behaviour and treat! And if you Danielle are seen my feedback here please reply to me by what you always reply to me with, and you showed me that you are doing your Job ! I dont know that degrading your tenants who are paying you on time and looking very well after the home of your clients, they deserve this kind of behaviour from you ! Any one wanted to sell his home or rented you can go ahead because l think they are awarded of manipulating and lying to the customer to make the deal success !
I find your google review concerning, you have taken it upon yourself to abuse my staff, the landlord and his family in writing today in a threatening manner which is unacceptable at any level. You have been reported to Google, removed from social media and if the abuse continues via email you will be reported to the police as this is UNACCEPTABLE. My member of staff has acted in accordance with landlords instructions and within the law. Your deposit dispute has been forwarded to adjudication as per tenancy laws. As a company we do not get involved in the disputes they are handled independently. This has been explained to you and your behaviour throughout our dealings with you has been below par, threatening and aggressive. No doubt you will continue with this behaviour as it has been the same from the day we were instructed to take over the management of this property as the relationship with you and your landlord had broken down to the point he came to an agent to try and restore some professionalism. Please now stop abusing my staff and trying to discredit my company.

Hi Tom, I feel it is so important to have a sales progression team who are office based and on hand to be there when buyers and sellers need them. So many agents don't have this service and don't put the sales chasing as an important part of the process. I feel it is very important as buyers and sellers need advice and guidance along the way. GoogleI’d just like to say that without Sara and Callum I’m pretty sure this sale would never have happened. The sale fell through and the vendor was then reluctant to sell but because of Sara’s determination to get this over the line she made it happen. The sale of this property changed my life and gave me a new beginning and I think it’s important that Sara and the team realised what this meant to me. A massive thank you from the bottom of my heart to you all.

GoogleMy issue was that my shower wasn't working (more than 2 weeks in the end). There was no empathy, 0 proactivity , but of course before I even mentioned my request for rent reduction I was sent a link to an article so I'd know I can't withhold rent. Especially Danielle should think about why you cannot tell someone "we are cleaning the hallways and will do the garden up" when their shower is broken. doesn't help. I would stay clear.
Ben, as you are aware from our conversation now you are referring to an incident nearly 4 months ago when my company was instructed to take over the management of the building from a previous agent. The shower was already broken at this point. we promptly replaced the entire shower (in your opinion not fast enough) however you are abundantly aware that United Utilities cut the supply off to the building and have now admitted responsibility for this. You neglect to mention in your review that I worked through the night making sure water was supplied and then woke early the following day to check UU had made sure a water truck (an Arlington) was on site. I went above an beyond to get water back on for all the tenants whilst UU denied they had cut the supply off to the building. Thanks for trying to ruin my companies reputation but I hope this reply goes to show we did everything in our power to resolve the situation. I am ever so sorry that the supplier of the shower unit needed to order it and that I could not manufacture one any quicker for you.
