GoogleMark and the ladies in the Urmston office were fantastic. They were there for us from day 1 even when we had an awful removal day sorting out my byers removal men who were abusive to us Mark on his day off even rang me to make sure we were OK. Can not thank them enough would recommend them.

GoogleGreat service by Lee and Mark at Trading Places. Very efficient at valuing our property at a price that was realistic and yet generated a good return. Lee or Mark conducted all the viewings and were attentive, professional, polite and personable at all times. We will certainly use you again if buying or selling in the area. Thank you.

Thanks Steve - congratulations on the sale and your onward purchase.

GoogleAfter having my house valued by three estate agents I went for Trading Places due to what I felt was the personal touch. Of the three Lee, was the only one to use my name during the valuation and that to me made me feel like I was a person and not a commodity. I feel he fully explained the market and gave a realistic valuation, which ultimately helped sell my home. Lee did some of the viewings and it was his style and technique that sold my house. Both Lee and Mark were exceptional. After a sale fell through in the chain, Mark did his utmost to push the sale on and due to his professionalism and determination we lost only a few weeks on our completion date. Mark has alway returned my calls and emails and kept me updated throughout the process.

GoogleTrading Places Urmston are amazing! You canβt beat having a local estate agents who are so helpful and quick to reply to all questions. They sold the property I bought and helped me sell mine too after the first agents I used didnβt work out. Mark and Lee are such professionals - they really take the stress out of what can be such a difficult process. Trading Places are absolutely on your side which is what you want! 5* team π

GoogleMark and Lee at Trading Places weβre excellent - would 100% recommend. From their first visit, explaining the process, through to the quality of the listing and photographs, advice, and level of service at viewings weβve been incredibly pleased. They took a real interest in the property and ensured they knew key selling points before viewings to give us the best chance of selling, itβs obvious they take pride in their work. They have been supportive through the process after the sale, providing updates and support where needed between us and the buyers. Weβve always been able to speak to someone on the phone when needed, and all the people weβve spoken to at the office have always been helpful to.

GoogleWas looking on their website for rental apartments and found an interesting one. Called up and Trading Places said they hadn't updated the website in a while. IT issues. Very unprofessional, sort your website out... The receptionist was polite and understanding.

GoogleWe have several letting properties with TP. Both Julie & Mev are very professional & most importantly they are always on the other end of phone. Much better than big letting agents which offer Proptech based apps with no ultimate responsibility. We are already fed up with those agents & moving more properties over to TP. Julie automatically does rent reviews for us & repair are always done with our approval only. There is no one better than Mev & Julie in Sale for letting & managing properties.

GoogleTrading Places was an absolute stepping stone for me, Julie Mottram literally did everything within her power to help me get the place I wanted, in Sale Manchester. Her team was extremely helpful with the whole process. I only have good things to say about this agency and the landlords working with Trading Places. Sometimes a safe haven is a cozy little flat, that helps you get your act together for a couple years, while you work and save. I'm really grateful to this company for helping me move forward with life.

GoogleTrading Places has done a great job in managing the rental of my property for the last few years. More recently Callum and the team were excellent in selling the property extremely quickly, being professional, highly responsive to all enquires and finding the right buyers for the property.

GoogleWe were buying and selling with Trading Places and I cannot thank them enough for the support and professionalism we have received from the Stretford Team (Rachel, Callum and Sara). Rachel was coordinating our case and her support was beyond anything one could ever expect of the estate agent. She and Sarah managed to sell our apartment in no time and she helped us to secure the buy of our new home. We have had major issues with our (first time) buyerβs solicitors and if it was not for Rachelβs dedication and ability to push through we would probably lost our new home. She was brilliant acting as a middleman between all parties, chasing hopeless solicitors of our buyer almost daily to make sure the sell and purchase are going ahead. Thank you so much for making our dream a reality.
