GoogleThe worst estate agent ever, big cheaters, their houses just for parties, when you contacted them about these parties they don’t care, they care just about money nothing else, at the beginning they taking 115 just to keep the flat for you, then they ask you to pay £600 deposit, they eating £100 you don’t know where it disappeared, then they give £500 for organisation to protect your deposit, but they will never ask to back it because you must give their nighty club one month notice and even if your contract finished, disgusting people.
this review has been reported and removed in the past for it being untrue. yet you keep putting it back on id different names.

GoogleI have used Trading Places four times and always had a great service. the communication was key to me using this office, Rachel and Sarah were always responsive to my enquires, and always seemed interested on a personal level with my house sales. I found Steve to be straight forward and honest about the value and the market in general. Would recommend this company.

GoogleFirst time buyer and my experience with Trading Places was great from first viewing through to completion. I viewed several properties with Sara and she was always nice, knowledgeable and gave good advice. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Calls and emails were responded to promptly. My solicitor was very slow, but Trading Places were good at updating me when they knew certain information had been sent, which helped me when chasing my solicitor. I am very happy in my new home, but if I were to move again I would use Trading Places.

GoogleHaving been invited to leave a review by t places here goes I was given a postcode only no name,number etc and had to search up and down northenden road. Next day the admin astnt was excellent and booked a viewing the following day. Very pleased and offered on the property but queried several things as i have a property portfolio for over 18 years managed by t places stretford. This was questioned by fiona! Turns out property was let on a 12 month rental 2 weeks before so wasnt for sale at all. My solicitor spoke to the franchisee who promised that i would be informed of future sales that were genuinely for sale. Latterly i was informed t/places sale would never do business with me again Comments there wasnt any business it didnt exist. Disfunctional, unprofessional, left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Appalling service. Care and caution needed. Maggie

GoogleI bought my new house through Fiona at Trading Places - I fell in love with the house immediately and she made sure I was in a good position to have my offer accepted. It was a very long chain and process, but Fiona communicated throughout and fought my corner when required! Thank you!

GoogleAs a person who bought from Trading Places, I can say they were unsupportive, impolite and unprofessional.
Hi Rehan, as a company we strive to provide a high level of service. As you can see by other reviews we have a good status. I note you have only sent this google review and also note that from our investigation you are not registered anywhere on our system. we have now searched back the last two years and can't find anyone by your name. There are more than one Trading Places and occasionally people review us when they actually are reviewing other Trading Places who are totally unrelated to my business. It is a shame you have resorted to Google without exploring our complaints procedure first to see if we could resolve any issues you had. GoogleThe team was really helpful from beginning to end. When we had difficulties with the other side’s solicitors they were happy to intervene and make phone calls in order to speed up the process. We would definitely go with them in the future.

GoogleIf estate agents get a bad name, Danielle and her team are why. With a monopoly on the Stretford area and a booming market, rude emails and zero support were the norm during my challenging first time purchase. I found the whole process unduly stressful and Trading Places didn't help a lick. I'm sure I'll be met with criticism in a reply on here instead of understanding that they could improve their service. I also may be told they have no record of me and perhaps I've got the wrong Trading Places - as they do on almost all negative reviews. C'est la vie, when we come to sell, I won't be choosing Trading Places Stretford.
Hi Ellen, unfortunately we do get the occasional review where we cannot find a name on our system. I know who you are though. Your main complaint is an email sent on the 4th of January asking where you were up to. This was because as per the content of the email your searches and other legal issues were outstanding. Danielle was chasing this as she was chasing the seller the day we arrived back from the Christmas break. Surely chasing a sale to see where it is up to is good practice. I think if we did not email you then this would be poor service. it is common practice for us to chase all parties after a two week break to offer them support and help with their sale/purchase. I don't see 'please may you offer an update on your position' as DEMANDING in the slightest. You failed to get any legal work progressed on your purchase for 14 weeks despite the vendor asking for yo to start the progress. This sale was chased every week by the notes and all parties were kept up to date. At no stage can I see you complaining in writing that this process was causing you stress. If you had we could have potentially offered o help you. If you had read our reviews you would also see that whenever someone posts a bad review I reach out to ask them why and ask them why they did not approach me through the complaints procedure and give us the opportunity to try and explain what has gone on. You have also chosen o not go through the correct channels and instead have just tried to ruin my companies reputation on Google. Depsite this the offer is still there if you wish to make a compliant we will investigate it thoroughly. All the best in your new property.

GoogleWe bought our first home from Trading Places and sold it 2.5 years later using Trading Places and they were fantastic during both dealings - really attentive and did everything they could to make the buying/selling process as easy as possible for us. Very competitive rates and wonderful staff there too - would highly recommend.
