GoogleTrading Places experience was really good. The valuation was spot on and the house was sold within the first week on the market and at the agreed valuation. We had a number of disappointments with the chain but they were very understanding and supportive throughout the whole process and always were able to update us each week. GoogleThe service that we received from Mark and his team at Trading Places, Urmston was top class from the valuation stage until we completed. We were treated with respect all the way through and the quality of the photos and advertising detail was excellent. Mark was extremely professional and careful when accessing our property to ensure that we felt safe. This is particularly important given the extra worries the pandemic has brought. Mark and his team did everything possible to make our sale as fast and stress free as possible even getting us over the line before the second lock down was imposed. GoogleFrom the first contact with Bev she advised how much the sale price should be , how the sale would progress and the current lengthy time to complete. in all aspects what she said happened. A number of purchasers were found and Fiona took over all the negotiations and after completing finance checks she advised me which one to choose. During the completion process Fiona kept me fully informed of the progress being made unlike my solicitor. She constantly cleared up any queries the buyers solicitor had and got the deal over the line. When she knew our situation was urgent and asked about our requirements. She was quickly searched for a source for us and took us to viewing the house immediately. I definitely recommend Trading Place Sale, and I am very grateful to Mehvish Linna for her help. She is really a nice, kindness, helpful and patient person. Get along with her just like a friend.

GoogleJust completed on my house & mainly dealt with Georgina , can't praise her enough, she was on the ball, very professional & tried to push the sale thru right from the word go....especially in the last 2 weeks , she would chase up the solicitors & kept me updated throughout the whole process. Initially I dealt with Marie, who was just as professional as Georgina .....can definitely recommend Trading Places if you are selling your home.

All our enquiries were handled efficiently and nothing was too much trouble. GoogleHad an excellent experience letting a property through Trading Places, Sean was thoroughly professional throughout and everything was well communicated in good time. I chose to let with trading places as they offered a much more personable and flexible service compared with other estate agents within the area. GoogleWe've been renting from Trading Places in Stretford for the past 2 and a bit years. Flat fees with deposit (not lots of additional charges) was a big plus on first impression and Sean Hand has been the best agent throughout our time here!!! Any time we've had any problems (it happens - boiler issues or the shower door comes loose for example), he's been super quick to get on it and get someone round to help get things sorted! He's always a pleasure to chat to, polite and organised. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent 😊 thank you for everything Sean!

GoogleI cannot fault the amount of effort Marie put in to the sale of our house. She was always chasing and keeping us up to date. Even when Marie went on holiday, her colleague Fiona picked up where she left off, and both were responsive when we contacted them. On reflection Lee’s valuation wasn’t realistic for our house and trying to sell in winter months, which is my only criticism.PositiveResponsiveness
