GoogleI chose trading places to be our estate agent as initially Lee promised professionalism and good customer service. Pictures of my property were of a good standard and I thought this is a positive start to my sale. Unfortunately that's where it ends, communication was poor and when someone showed my buyers around the property, they were given incorrect information. Often I would find out the information before the estate agents and it became obvious that they relied on the very experienced advisor from my buyers estate agents. Lee initially told me that he wishes to become number 1 estate agent in Urmston. Well I am afraid Lee you need to up your game as Locate estate agents right on your tail!!!

Hi Christina, your comments in relation to relying upon an estate agent in the chain above are normal. We do heavily rely upon correct information from an agent above and below us. In this instance the information from the agent below us was unreliable regarding a ground rent receipt (which we have no control over as it was three sales below) and the hold up at the end of this transaction was from the very experienced advisor who you refer to, who unfortunately on this occasion had neglected to order an EPC on instruction and therefore breached trading standards rules. It is a legal requirement to order an EPC within 28days of instruction and perhaps if this had been done by said agent your purchase would have gone through more efficiently. Trading Places have no control over ordering another agents EPC. All the very best in your new home.

I literally don't know how i could express my tribute to Mrs "Dria Hither Kealdinh" and her "Company Brokers" for trading for me, that i got such a remarkable earning, Am extremely amused with her skilfulness, i've no idea on how she did it that I earned such a tremendous profit in 7 days. All i did was to invest $700 and in a "week" she made $8'400 profit.
I have traded on lots of "Platforms" and also lost huge cash, Just trying to get to the top, meet alot of junk Experts who claims to know much about Binary/Forex Investment, but turns out that they were all scumbags and financial sucking demons, who where trying to devour me financially
Well, i give "God" my deepest appreciation, for making me glance through ma'am "Dria Hither's" Page,
Page Looked legit/accustomed, although wasn't really sure if it was going to work out, But Mrs Hither's world's always caught my instinct, So i gave up my negative thoughts and give in a shot.

I was kept informed every step of the process, when any issue arose they were quick to respond and solve any problem. Fiona handled the sale of my property and I wouldn't have asked for more from her. She went above and beyond. Fiona was my "go to person', she was persistent in getting the process moving. Not only did Trading Places sell my house quickly and efficiently but they understood that I had other pressing things going on (having a baby). Whilst I was unable to communicate they still carried on pushing the process along, and we even received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers from them when our little girl was born. We couldn't recommend Trading Places, especially Fiona, enough!

Fiona has been particularly helpful in taking us through the process and has made herself available to answer any questions and let us know of any developments promptly. Big thankyou to Fiona and the wider team for taking the stress out of the process and for all their advice on the way. It makes things a lot easier when all members of a team are so helpful and approachable expecially since I was heavily pregnant when we decided to do this. It was also much appreciated to always recieve to a friendly reception when we rang by whoever answered the phone and no matter what time of day, even when it was pushing closing time.
I would definitely recommend trading places if you want a feeling of a "family run" service when you need to approach them but negotiations are done in a professional, business like manner that is needed to ensure both side of the transaction are happy.
