GoogleHi. I dont even know where to start, how about these guys, this team are absolutely AMAZING.
I was going to go with another company when i saw a house i wanted to buy, Trading places were selling the house so instead i went with them, they said they would make every effort to do the buy and sell and because i was buying with them it would make it easier. IT DID.
I can honestly say that at every turn, every hurdle, everything and anything i didn't understand, if i needed information this team were with me 100%. They bent over backwards to help, to chase things, solicitors, vendors information everything. They honestly could not do enough. They never gave up, nothing was too much of a problem for them, they work really hard and do it just for YOU, so that YOU have what you want and need. Fiona, Bev, Maria, everyone is fabulous, polite, professional, honest and reliable.
If like me you though to go someone else to save a few pounds, DON'T! These guys do it all, they go above and beyond in every conceivable way, i had piece of mind knowing this wonderful team were going to get me where i wanted.
Believe when i say, i am so very glad and thankful that i listened. I put my house on the market on Wednesday evening, within an hour i had a phone call to say there were people that wanted to view. Basically agreed to sell and buy in 4 days!! Obviously everything with the solicitors takes longer but it was quick, professional and Trading Places get back to you, if they say they are going to do something, they do, they do not let you down, you will be pleased if you choose them, highly, very highly recommended. Thank you to you all, i could not have done this without your help and guidance each and every step along the way

FacebookReally happy to recommend the team at Trading Places Urmston. Lee gave us a valuation and was spot on to what we could achieve for the property, Mark did a day of viewings and managed to sell our house in one day with multiple offers.
Joanne was very helpful with our enquiries.
Sam really did go above and beyond progressing the sale and also assisting with the new house we were buying (also with Trading places) He is a credit to the company, always keeping us updated. I imagine if it wasn't for his work this whole process would have taken a lot longer in current circumstances.
Thanks guys!

GoogleMark Costello @ Trading Places & indeed all the staff there were very helpful both in regard to each stage of a purchase (keeping you up to date & responding promptly... even with the smallest enquiry) & helping with securing a mortgage and all the other needs a buyer could envisage & require. I would genuinely recommend them.

Hi Matthew, thanks for leaving us a one star review without explaining why. I note you have left 20 reviews so far of different companies using google and only 3 are above one star. Without seeing your details, as you use Matthew Help me and ironically we cannot help you as we do not know why you have reviewed us or that you are in fact a real person. We have a genuine complaints procedure and are covered by the Ombudsmen for property so if you would like to make a genuine complaint please feel free to do so. All the best, the Trading Places team.

GoogleAvoid Julie!
It's hard to find the words to describe how unprofessional and unhelpful the agency and especially Julie had been during our tenancy but the peak was when we left the property that we got this very firm email about the things we had to do and how annoying it'll be for them if we don't. We did everything way before the end of the tenancy but on her end she never did the slightest which had as a result to be charged money for things we didn't use.
Her laziness and the lies she throws are shocking. I feel bad for our landlord that was a lovely man and always treated us respectfully.

GoogleI interviewed 7 of Sale/South Manchester's estate agents when I was selling my house in Sale. Each gave me their own spiel, each offered wildly different prices. Trading Places Sale was #7 on my list - Lee (the owner) turned up, he appeared to truly love the house and described to me exactly what viewers would love, exactly how they would sell it / who it would appeal to, etc. i.e. a top-level of interest and desire to sell my house.
He also told me if he couldn't sell my house at the price we agreed within a week or 2, then I should and could sack them. It turns out he was right to be confident, they marketed it perfectly and handled the whole process perfectly - achieving the higher price I was looking for (that most of the other estate agents said was not possible) and then Fiona and the team expertly handled the rest of it.
If you're in Sale and looking at selling your house and what an estate agent that has the local knowledge, a genuine desire to help you get the best deal for your property and to take all the stress out of it - it's Trading Places Sale.
