GoogleFantastic service from Lee & the team! Gave an excellent & surprising valuation & got me 7 viewings within the first 4 days the house was on the market. Full asking price offered in less than a week. They kept me regularly updated with the progress & I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Well done!

GoogleI would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The only tactic offered to a seller seemed to be ‘drop the price’. This was from the price that they had recommended in the first place. The staff that I was ever able to speak to didn’t seem interested. When I spoke to the owner about my concerns, he became verbally abusive. I then had repeated abusive voicemails left for me by him to the extent that I had to block the number.

GoogleDanielle and Rachel have been absolutely fantastic throughout the purchase of our first home. They’ve helped us as first time buyers to navigate the ups and downs of buying a home, along with the added complexity of a global pandemic. Throughout the whole time the Trading Places team have been friendly and kept us in the loop of what’s been going on. GoogleI interviewed 7 of Sale/South Manchester's estate agents when I was selling my house in Sale. Each gave me their own spiel, each offered wildly different prices. Trading Places Sale was #7 on my list - Lee (the owner) turned up, he appeared to truly love the house and described to me exactly what viewers would love, exactly how they would sell it / who it would appeal to, etc. i.e. a top-level of interest and desire to sell my house. He also told me if he couldn't sell my house at the price we agreed within a week or 2, then I should and could sack them. It turns out he was right to be confident, they marketed it perfectly and handled the whole process perfectly - achieving the higher price I was looking for (that most of the other estate agents said was not possible) and then Fiona and the team expertly handled the rest of it. If you're in Sale and looking at selling your house and what an estate agent that has the local knowledge, a genuine desire to help you get the best deal for your property and to take all the stress out of it - it's Trading Places Sale.

GoogleAVOID. Appauling service throughout our entire experience of attempting to rent through the agency. It's difficult to even describe the level of incompetence and lack of empathy shown throughout. We were initially booked us in for a weekend viewing for the property were interested in. The letting agent didn't show up, with the tenant having no awareness of a booking even being scheduled. We weren't able to contact the office as their lines aren't open and had to leave a voicemail which was never followed up on. A further 2 viewings booked by my partner were then cancelled 15 minutes before they were scheduled to take place as we were on the way to the property, with a variety of excuses given. No opportunity was offered for these to be rebooked, empathy displayed or apology offered for the inconvenience. After finally viewing the property and making an application to rent, we then had to consistently chase the agent for any update whilst they remained evasive and unapologetic for another week and a half. We were then told only after that the landlord had rented the property to a family member! At no point throughout the entire process were we proactively contacted, receive an apology or have Trading Places take any accountability for their poor service. Callbacks that were promised never materialised. I even had to email the Lettings Director to find out what was going on after noticing the property had been changed to "Let Agreed" on Right Move after my partner was told the Lettings manager "had no idea" what was happening. We were led completely down the garden path and had our time repeatedly wasted. if you're looking to rent a property in Manchester I'd recommend, in the strongest possible terms, you look with another agent that doesn't show as much contempt for prospective tenants as this one.

They were in constant contact, after agreeing a sale on the first day of viewings to the last day of giving and recieving keys to the new property who was also sold by Trading Places! They even dropped by to give a 'welcome to your new home' card which was a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleOur flat was recently moved from one awful agency to Trading Places and my god the difference. Previously we really struggled to get any kind of communication from our agency and since moving to Trading Places it's been so much better. Julie has been incredibly helpful in all of her emails to us, answering all of my (sometimes stupid) questions, and helping us fill out the necessary documentations. Couldn't have asked for a better first impression!

I am afraid the sale branch is a franchise branch and NOT owned by us, I would raise my concern with them directly with them. If we could help in anyway we would but unfortunately we can’t. We wish you the best of luck
