GoogleA well run indepent estate agency where customer service is second to none - a real friendly, helpful team. Sold our house quickly and for more than we expected. They did all the viewings, kept us informed and negotiated the extras that our purchaser wanted, keeping the process relatively stress free. I would definitely recommend and have done since our sale, with another successful outcome.

GoogleBEWARE!!! The del boy of estate agents. Poached me from another agent I was already with, with the promise of an immediate sale as they "had people lined up." In reality provided much fewer viewings. During the hard sell they gave me to go with them they assured me they checked the potential buyers had all been checked for adequate funds. This was not the case as after cleaning the house and going out whilst the viewing took place the offer was 20% less than asking price and when we refused we were told they could only borrow a maximum of 50k below asking price! I was fuming as I doubt they took the time to check any possible buyers and just let anyone who rang view our home. AVOID THIS COMPANY, another much more professional agent sold it for me in the end.

GoogleA highly motivated team of staff who delivered a thorough and professional service. A big thank you goes to every person in the Sale branch who assisted us at each stage of what can be a very stressful journey . Mare's honest tenacity, Fiona's energy and Adam's conscientiousness are a winning formula.

GoogleAs a first-time buyer, I found the staff at Trading Places very friendly, accommodating and professional. I was regularly kept up to date with progress of the sale (as someone naive to the process), as well as the considerations from both a buyer's and seller's point of view. Completion of the sale was efficient and I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleMoving is stressful so when you find a team of people who are efficient, very supportive and understand what you are going through you really value them. From Lee's initiall contact to Fiona selling the house, and with a special mention for Adam as our contact. Trading Places sold our house for a great price, in a fast time, and we would not hesitate to use them again or highly recommend them. Thank you Guys.

GoogleThank you to Fiona and the staff at Trading Places who were brilliant throughout the process of us viewing/buying our first house. Being new to this it was quite daunting but everybody was so friendly, professional and informative, Fiona kept us up to date and answered all and any of our questions we had. We would definitely recommend Trading Places .

GoogleMarie worked tirelessly for us both at the sale stage and the later exchange and completion wrangling. This wasn't a straightforward transaction but she took it in her stride. She fought like a bulldog and cared! She is also very easily contactable compared to some agents. I would recommend her/the agency. Good value for money.

GoogleDo not recommend this agent. They are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful. I would even go as far as to say that at times they were rude. Would not advise anyone to use this agent as it has turned out to make our experience extremely stressful.
Dear Audrey, I am sorry to read your review. Is this definitely for Trading Places Sale? If so can you advise me of which property and I can look into the service you received. Thanks Marie

GoogleAvoid this awful estate agent!!! The most awful estate agents I've ever dealt with, a complete lack of communication. Lies were told throughout the process about work being completed before we were moving in. Repeatedly told us they would call us back and then never bothered to respond to our emails or phone calls even after we had paid 6 months rent up front and they had charged us £400 agency fees which meant we were provided with a blank generic contract which was clearly a one size fits all.

GoogleTrading Places were amazing. From initial valuation, to the write up of our home to the viewings. All were carried out perfectly. There were a couple of tricky moments at the start of our sale (no fault of Trading Places) and the agents here managed them beautifully. Marie in particular was so professional, so proactive and kept me informed every step of the way. Trading Places found me a buyer within a coupe of weeks and ensured the sale went through from start to finish with so much ease, they made the whole selling process a million times easier for myself and my husband. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us. I would recommend Trading Places in a heart beat to anyone wishing to sell their home.

GoogleFelt very supported by the attentive staff during the purchase of my first home, what is supposed to be a very stressful experience made less so due to the friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleI have used Trading Places both as a purchaser and a landlord. I have found all the team to be helpful, knowledgable and conscientious. They have great communication and I would highly recommend.

GoogleI was a tenant through trading places for three years. I have never come across such honest and proactive people in the estate agency industry. No matter how insistent I was that something wasn't an emergency, if there was ever a problem, they would be there to get solving things in record time. They are the complete opposite of any stereotypes and I couldn't recommend them enough. If I still lived in the area, I would be using them still.

GoogleThanks to Fiona and the team for helping me sell my late dad’s house. At a very stressful time Fiona was very helpful and always on hand to guide and advise me. Thanks again and would definitely recommend Trading Places.

GoogleWe dealt with Marie from Trading Places and she was fantastic from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble despite our countless phone calls! The overall service from Trading Places in Sale gets our highest approval - you can tell, what they don’t know about their business or their area, isn’t worth knowing! Definitely a five star service.

GoogleGreat and brilliant services. I will recommend this firm to all my families and friends. All staff are professional to manage their job correctly. Thousands thanks to Fiona who managed the property purchase with her fantastic services, you were very kind with us to answer all questions and explain everything during the property viewing and purchase progress, we always got quick responses. Fiona has managed our first house purchase, she is professional to deal with both sides solicitors to manage the purchase progress as quickly as possible, it took less than 8 weeks to exchange the contract and it was shorter than we expected, all the staff and especially Fiona used to give us the update of where we were up to during the purchase progress. They are all keen, helpful and friendly persons. We got her congratulations once the contract exchanged. Fiona worked very hard to make sure everything are correct and legal. We are proud of you Fiona. Highly recommended this firm
