GoogleBrilliant service from everyone at Trading Places in Sale. I couldn't believe the amount of viewings which started as soon as my property went on the market and how quickly it sold. Right the way through to completion I was kept fully updated and because I hadn't sold a property before I was quite unsure of the process but there was never any hesitation to answer my questions. It made the whole process much less daunting than I thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend Trading Places in Sale

GoogleIf you want to be relentlessly spammed, give them your email address. Edited 04/12/19 to note I got a rude response from the owner accusing me of being a keyboard warrior, blaming "IT issue" as if I would care and of trying to discredit them before speaking to them. Well, easy way to make it onto my list of businesses I won't deal with again. But just to note, the unsubscribe link in their emails does not work (I should know - I pressed it every day for a month), and sending them a firm email doesn't work, they ignore it. I wrote this review a few days after sending the email since it obviously hadn't worked. A few days after that, I called them and had to be insistent to get them to remove me. A lot of hassle for emails which were irrelevant to me because since I never asked to be added to their mailing list they had never had the opportunity to ask me what was relevant to me. If you had brought the matter to my attention I could have looked into it and treated in a professional way and tried to remedy the situation. It is too easy in this day and age to try and discredit a longstanding, professional company through Google. We work hard to provide the very best service and have a complaints procedure should something go wrong. We are part of the Property Ombudsman again showing our commitment to the best service. I would advise in future you contact people directly rather than hide behind your keyboard.

Hello Karen and thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It is always disappointing for someone to leave a poor review without raising any issue directly with Trading Places first. At no stage in the process have you ever complained to any member of staff and in fact it was your onward purchase that created a lot of the delay and frustration. We had no control over this as the purchase was unrelated to Trading Places.

GoogleWe would recommend Trading Places to anyone selling or buying a property. Fiona was particularly excellent in her attempt to speed the process up and help with any obstacles from other parties involved. She was constantly in contact with us during the whole process. Can't praise her enough.

GoogleOur flat was recently moved from one awful agency to Trading Places and my god the difference. Previously we really struggled to get any kind of communication from our agency and since moving to Trading Places it's been so much better. Julie has been incredibly helpful in all of her emails to us, answering all of my (sometimes stupid) questions, and helping us fill out the necessary documentations. Couldn't have asked for a better first impression!

GoogleYour Employee Marie STUNK OF ALCOHOL AT A RECENT VIEWING. I found this extremely unprofessional and unacceptable and felt the need to advise you of that fact. For your information the GB Health and Safety Executive’s warns: 'If you knowingly allow an employee under the influence of excess alcohol to continue working and this places the employee or others at risk, you could be prosecuted’. Clearly this problem would need to be addressed.
Hi, There is no record of you ever viewing any of our properties, nor are you registered either as a potential purchaser or renter on any of our databases. We've asked you numerous times to provide further details but you've ignored our requests. By simply providing a date & time of your viewing then your complaint can be investigated. In contrast to your comments, the staff member in question consistently achieves 5 star reviews. We're at a loss as to why you would review our service in such a negative fashion. Can I ask if you know our staff member in any other capacity - perhaps personally, socially or otherwise? You've made a very serious accusation which requires investigation. GoogleWe have just bought a house through Trading Places and Sara and the team were lovely. Giving us advice when we kept losing out on houses! Communication was brilliant and when they show you around a house they actually interact with you, some estate agents are rude and complacent. Would have no problem whatsoever recommending them to a friend.

GoogleI would highly recommend Trading Places in Sale. I will definitely be recommending them to my family, friends and colleagues in the future. We used them for buying our new home and selling our property. Me and my wife viewed lots of houses and finally came across my dream home which was with Trading Places. We got in touch and spoke to Marie who was extremely helpful. Marie worked her magic and got us the house we wanted and we were over the moon. Marie was always happy to help, would keep you updated throughout and would go the extra mile. We originally used a different estate agent to sell our property but after working with Trading Places for the property we were purchasing, we felt they were much more professional, polite and knowledgable. We decided to the change estate agent and use them, I am so glad we did!. Our house went on the market with Trading Places in Sale and the viewings came flooding in. Fiona was excellent, she booked in the viewings at convient times for us and gave feedback promptly. Once our house was sold (which didn't take long) Fiona continued to go above and beyond. Fiona kept us updated throughout and gave us guidance and support every step of the way.
