GoogleI cannot fault Deep, Nigel and Luke for their handling of the sale of our house. it went live on a thursday and sold within 24 hours. Deep was always available to answer any questions we had and was more than helpful throughout the whole process. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, ever. GoogleAfter getting the news that our landlord was selling up after 12 years we were in a very daunting position of trying to find a new home. After searching high and low we found a property to rent through town and city homes. We met Deep at the property for a viewing fell in love with the house and the rest is history. I do not think it could have gone any smoother cannot recommend this company enough. Deep made what we thought was going to be a stressful time easy mate you truly are a man of your word and a gentleman thankyou so much.

We were searching for a home for over 2 months and with Town & City homes the process was easy and straight forward. We are so pleased with our new home and we believe our landlady is as well. Nigel always tries to find the best tenants possible and ensures a smooth process for both tenant and landlords, making sure the job is done for both. GoogleWould highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Deep never failed to answer our calls or call us back within 5 minutes of a missed call. We had to complete a sale in a very short amount of time and I believe Town and City Homes did their very best to make the transaction go through as quickly and smoothly as it possibly could. Can’t think of anything they could have done better or were lacking in.

GoogleTerrible Agency, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Has a very unprofessional company here. Clearly doesn't know the industry and has threatened me multiple times within the first month of living in the property I rented from him. He has also been racist and even harassed my family members multiple times. Avoid them at all costs. Also has lied when giving a reference to my next agency as well as threatening legal action against me for being in a property which I had long vacated. The agent is a car washer and knows very little about the law and about how to look after a property. As you say you don't recollect, here is a picture of your face as a reminder, if you would like I can add more from the video but you can hear its you. Goodluck, but you will not be able to explain away a video you explicitly say "leave the country then".NegativeProfessionalism

You rented a property from our agency for 6 months, you vacated the property over 3yrs ago and thankfully we’ve had no further dealings with yourself since then but ‘surprisingly’ you come out of the woodwork again… To make things clear… 1. During your tenancy you assaulted your then partner and got arrested 2. Your then partner had to vacate the property for her own safety 3. You stopped paying the rent 4. We instructed a solicitor to deal with the rent arrears with your guarantor as no rent was being paid 4. Your guarantor paid the rent arrears and the legal costs incurred as per the guarantor agreement 5. After the tenancy ended you continued to call our office abusing our staff and making personal threats whilst clearly under the influence of something as well as making fake viewings and showing up to properties to try to intermediate our staff. 6. The reference for your new agency… taking the above in to account we couldn’t exactly give a ‘good reference’ 7. If anyone was harassed it was our staff by yourself and your family members making continuous threats… Summarising all of the above it clearly shows the type of person that you are so kindly go and waste someone else’s time… people can make their own assumptions… All the best 😊
