A great experience from the start. Nigel showed us around the house that we can now call ours and also showed the people who became our buyers, around our property. I really liked his informative, laid back approach with the viewings- spot on. Deep kept to his word from the start. He was confident that he would sell our house and secure us our dream house and we had faith that he would keep his word and he did. We were thrilled to be sold within a week. It’s great that Deep can be contactable out of office hours to answer queries and push things along when needed. We really appreciated everything that Town and City Homes helped us achieve.

We bought our new home from Town & City, and if I ever moved again, I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them. I have never met Deep from Town & City but dealt with him more than I did my own estate agent. He was fantastic. Regular updates, always at the end of the phone, constantly chasing things up making things happen, happy to take calls, answering my queries and basically just being absolutely amazing keeping me updated and I just cannot recommend him enough. After getting the news that our landlord was selling up after 12 years we were in a very daunting position of trying to find a new home. I can not praise this Estate agents enough. We were with another estate agent when we first tried to buy our house and they were terrible. Then after our buyer pulled out we went with Town & City. Deep promised he would sell our house quickly and that's exactly what he did. If it hadn't been for Deep we would have pulled out. 10/10.. every minute of every day Town and City Homes were there with the sale of my flat. My first time using Town & City Homes to sell my house after coming across them whilst looking at somewhere to buy. Once I spoke with the team about the property I was purchasing, I then decided to list the property I had for sale with them and within two weeks of the advert going live, I was ‘Sold STC’ and then exchanged and completed within 3 months of accepting an offer. Throughout the whole process of both buying and selling, I felt so at ease and the communication from the team has been exactly what you want and need during what can be a stressful situation. When we marketed with Town and City Homes we had 3 viewings booked within 1 day and an offer recieved on the same day. It wasn't a straight forward sale (through no fault of T&C)- but Nigel, Luke and Deep were always at the other end of the phone to deal with my never ending questions and concerns- no matter what time or day- and they went above and beyond to help me- with all 3 of them working together to sort various different things out for me. Cannot thank these guys enough for all their dedication and hard work in selling our house and getting us the house of our dreams. Deep worked tirelessly from the minute we called him to book his services. Within the same visit the house was listed online including a virtual tour and the very next day Viewings galore with the property sold within 3 days. He guided us and helped us through some pretty tough times and went above and beyond to keep us fully abreast of every turn. I’m not one for writing reviews but felt compelled to. Hands down the best estate agent that we have ever dealt with!! We first encountered Town and City Homes when we bought our house through them and were so impressed with their service. Deep was honest and upfront with us from the get go and we never feel like we were being played in negotiations like we have previously experienced with other agents... it was a breath of fresh air! All was going well until we hit some problems with our buyer and Deep even went out of his way to help us try and get to the bottom of it when our previous estate agent were completely useless! After unfortunately not being able to salvage things, we decided it was a no brainer and put our house back on the market with Town and City Homes. Deep took control of everything and sold our house again in less than a week and for a better price too, which was a bonus!
