Would highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Deep never failed to answer our calls or call us back within 5 minutes of a missed call. The updates are constant to give you piece of mind that the transaction going in the right direction, especially what can be stressful time, which they do help reduce this greatly. Before finding Joe Purton at Town and City Homes, I had tried and failed to sell my home with Evolution Estates and Ward and Partners. Unlike the big high street agents Joe worked hard to match the correct potential buyers to my property and it was sold within two weeks. Joe is personable...attentive and dedicated and I have no hesitation in recommending his services. Unfortunately I could not make my purchase work through Joe despite his tireless efforts and daily phone calls. Stay clear of Jacksons Estate Agents and Cook Taylor Woodhouse.. You are just a number to them, they are very good at putting notes on file but rubbish at progressing anything which unfortunately led to me having pull out of my purchase.

They arranged a videographer to come over and take pictures and a video of the house and our listing was posted on the major sites within a few days. The day it was posted Town & City were fully booked with viewings on our planned open day, and I must say I think it was largely due to the quality of the video and pictures and how they beautifully presented our home. On the day of our open day we received a lot of offers and our house sold on the first open day! Very bad experience... As a first time buyers, we agreed to buy a house for 280k and was going through the process, we paid the solicitors fees, when one day after 2 months from agreement to see the house back to the market for 300-320k with no notice or even phone call to let us know or ask us if we still want to buy that house. After contacting them, the answer was: - the landlord decided to not sell it, and then changed the mind. Dirty estate agents games.... Buying a house is not Buying a can of coke... or maybe for them is ok We waste our precious time,money and missed out other good offers . Totally disappointed 😞 Please avoid or try to go with some professional agents.

I recently made an offer for the property they have and they didn’t even get back to me about it, made them the only estate agency who doesn’t let me know about how the offer went. Also when I rang them to make an offer, the agent couldn’t have sounded more bored and indifferent. Maybe it’s not surprising he didn’t get back or maybe he didn’t even take note of my offer in the first place. * adding after their reply below: it was 2 weeks ago and of course it was sold. It’s not ‘yet’, it’s never.
