GoogleRented from Town & City for 4 years, Jorge & Sophie were always responsive, respectful and transparent - qualities which are rare in letting agencies. If you've experienced being messed around with underhanded tactics as a renter, then Town & City are a breath of fresh air. I've now moved out of the Brighton area, but if I were to return and needed somewhere to rent, Jorge would be the first person I call.

GoogleWe bought our new home from Town & City, and if I ever moved again, I wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them. I have never met Deep from Town & City but dealt with him more than I did my own estate agent. He was fantastic. Regular updates, always at the end of the phone, constantly chasing things up making things happen, happy to take calls, answering my queries and basically just being absolutely amazing keeping me updated and I just cannot recommend him enough. Please don’t hesitate about using them, you absolutely will not regret it. Thank you Deep, for everything! X

GoogleMy first time using Town & City Homes to sell my house after coming across them whilst looking at somewhere to buy. Once I spoke with the team about the property I was purchasing, I then decided to list the property I had for sale with them and within two weeks of the advert going live, I was ‘Sold STC’ and then exchanged and completed within 3 months of accepting an offer. Throughout the whole process of both buying and selling, I felt so at ease and the communication from the team has been exactly what you want and need during what can be a stressful situation. I will always use Town & City Homes for any sale I have in the future and hopefully purchase through them aswell. I can’t vouch for them enough and they would always be my recommendation to anyone else.

GoogleA great experience from the start. Nigel showed us around the house that we can now call ours and also showed the people who became our buyers, around our property. I really liked his informative, laid back approach with the viewings- spot on. Deep kept to his word from the start. He was confident that he would sell our house and secure us our dream house and we had faith that he would keep his word and he did. We were thrilled to be sold within a week. It’s great that Deep can be contactable out of office hours to answer queries and push things along when needed. We really appreciated everything that Town and City Homes helped us achieve.

GoogleThese Estate Agents have been phenomenal and I cannot recommend them enough. Deep was very professional and responsive, going above and beyond to help with the purchase of my property. I went through a difficult time with the solicitors and Deep was there constantly being supportive and helped get the sale through. GoogleThis has been a very stressful process for us, but ever since I asked Deep from Town and City Homes to help us sell that’s exactly what they did even with 2 buyers pulling out they were always able to get someone else to buy our house. Even with the issues we encountered they were always communicating to me and keeping me updated with the situation. Highly recommend Town and city homes. GoogleI didn't think I'd ever be writing a positive review for a letting agency however I really do want more people to have the opportunity to deal with decent, proactive and kind people when having to rent. I have had absolutely awful experiences with previous companies before and so Town & City has been a breath of fresh air, the small team have always been quick and attentive, both individuals I've dealt with have been really nice and helpful and have gone out of their way to make sure things were working as needed. They treat you like humans and act like humans too which is unfortunately often not the case, especially with larger companies. Jorge even offered and came over to explain how to use our boiler as we hadn't lived in a property with a gas boiler before when we first moved in. They've always been very quick to reply and have always quickly repaired things with a nice team of very friendly plumbers, electricians etc. As an LGBT couple we have often felt worried about strangers coming into the house but everyone T&C uses have been friendly and respectful, as were Jorge and Sophie. When we moved in a friend said we were lucky to have this agency, and we were,and waited until our tenancy/checkout/deposit was all sorted before leaving a review, and now I can say yes, they really are good and fair to their tenants. We were extremely lucky to have Town & City, if I were to rent again in Brighton I would specifically use their website rather than the usual apps as I think it would be worth going with them over any other local company. GoogleBest lettings agents ever. Seriously. In a world full of dismissive and self-serving lettings companies, Town & City have never let us down. They are thoughtful, genuinely kind people who are a delight to work with. Whenever we've had the rare issue, we've never had to wait for a response, and they've always handled any of our concerns with speed and care. Jorge and Sophie are class - you can tell they really care about people, and we TRUST them completely (which is hard to find in today's market, especially after the horror stories both we and our friends have faced at the hands of previous lettings agencies.) My partner and I have repeatedly said that if/when we move from our current place, we will be looking to stay with Town & City if we have any say in the matter! Town & City/Jorge & Sophie, you guys rock!

GoogleI can not praise this Estate agents enough. We were with another estate agent when we first tried to buy our house and they were terrible. Then after our buyer pulled out we went with Town & City. Deep promised he would sell our house quickly and that's exactly what he did. If it hadn't been for Deep we would have pulled out. Deep puts his heart and soul into his job and never fails to keep you updated and gives you support every step of the way. If you need an Estate agent use Town and City Homes you won't regret it.
