GoogleTown & City Homes (in particular Deep) were a joy to work with. They were the Estate Agents for the vendor of the property which we acquired, however, they have been instrumental in supporting us 'post-purchase' of the property and have assisted us in clarifying a few boundary queries - months and even a few years after the initial purchase of our property. GoogleDeep, what a guy! Helped in the process of the sale of my house. Managed to find a buyer in less than a month. Even through the long winded back and forth of solicitors and exchange he reassured me through and through to give me peace of mind of the sale. Couldn’t recommend anyone else more.

GoogleDeep was fantastic, in fact he seemed to be the only person in chain that knew what was going on. Anything I asked of him, if he didn’t know the answer, he would get back to me the same day. I cannot thank him enough for his assistance in the move.

GoogleInteresting set up and very poor way of conducting business. Enquired on a property and was provided the bare minimum in available times/dates to view despite the property being vacant. Booked a viewing only to be told last minute that it had been let. They followed up with a second property which I then subsequently went to view. Asked for a midday viewing which they refused due to tenants being unable to accommodate. I made things work for them and was then rushed round the property - in and out in under 2 minutes and the current tenants explained as we were leaving anytime suited them to view. Interesting. Registered my interest expecting to be required to complete an official form like every single letting agent elsewhere requires. Instead they asked for details via text which they would later submit to the landlord. To no surprise the landlord 10 minutes later accepted another offer which baffles me given the details I provided. Feels like a jekyll Lettings agent, perhaps early days? Acquiring information to build a database while they have few properties/tenants. This would be further suggested given just the 2 available properties on the website. Would advise swerving for those looking to move.

Dear Nathan, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The property was vacant, but as we had other viewings scheduled, we offered you the available time slots. Unfortunately, after a viewing yesterday, a holding deposit was placed on the property, so we had to cancel your original appointment with plenty of notice. We arranged for you to view another property, but due to prior commitments and other scheduled appointments, we were unable to accommodate a time that suited you best. You expressed interest in the property, and we put you forward to the landlord alongside two other interested parties. Ultimately, the landlord chose to proceed with another applicant for the flat. We would only send you an application form when it’s been agreed with the landlord and a holding deposit has been paid, standard practice.. We understand this may not have been the outcome you had hoped for. Regarding your comment, we do not operate databases, but we appreciate your business advice. FYI we have 12 properties available on our website 😊 Wishing you all the best for the future.

Town and city homes made the whole experience of recently selling my house stress free and easy. Deep is an absolute professional and his knowledge in the whole process is second to none! No question was too small and he always made himself available when I required his assistance. I can’t recommend these guys enough if you are thinking of selling your property. GoogleI had a very positive experience renting with Town & City. They were always prompt responding to maintenance issues, they were open to negotiation with regards to contract length when my flat was being sold, and at the end of my tenancy they returned the deposit within one day. Cannot recommend enough!

GoogleWould highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Deep never failed to answer our calls or call us back within 5 minutes of a missed call. We had to complete a sale in a very short amount of time and I believe Town and City Homes did their very best to make the transaction go through as quickly and smoothly as it possibly could. Can’t think of anything they could have done better or were lacking in.

We were searching for a home for over 2 months and with Town & City homes the process was easy and straight forward. We are so pleased with our new home and we believe our landlady is as well. Nigel always tries to find the best tenants possible and ensures a smooth process for both tenant and landlords, making sure the job is done for both.
