Very bad experience... As a first time buyers, we agreed to buy a house for 280k and was going through the process, we paid the solicitors fees, when one day after 2 months from agreement to see the house back to the market for 300-320k with no notice or even phone call to let us know or ask us if we still want to buy that house. After contacting them, the answer was: - the landlord decided to not sell it, and then changed the mind. Dirty estate agents games.... Buying a house is not Buying a can of coke... or maybe for them is ok We waste our precious time,money and missed out other good offers . Totally disappointed 😞 Please avoid or try to go with some professional agents.

Couldn't have been happier with Town and City Homes. Having marketed our property unsuccessfully with another agent we contacted Town and City Homes who had been successfu in selling another property on our development. I can honestly say that we felt Deep had our best interests at heart at all times and gave us fantastic advice throughout, including waiting for a sunny day to take photographs of our property to show off how light it was. Although frustrating at the time because we wanted our property on the market ASAP, he was right and the photos and video of our home were stunning and well worth waiting a few days. We had been with the other agent for approx 6 weeks with only 1 viewing. I think we had about 4 in the first week with Town and City and lots more enquiries but there was no need to show anyone else round as all viewers made offers and we sold for over the asking price. However it's usually after accepting an offer where things get difficult with slow solicitors and estate agents etc, but we can honestly say that everytime we had an issue or query and contacted Deep, he was straight on the phone to whoever involved and resolved issues there and then, and certainly resolved unnecessary delays in the process. Would definitely recommend Town and City Homes and wouldn't think twice about using them in the future.

When we marketed with Town and City Homes we had 3 viewings booked within 1 day and an offer recieved on the same day. Deep worked tirelessly from the minute we called him to book his services. Within the same visit the house was listed online including a virtual tour and the very next day Viewings galore with the property sold within 3 days. Hands down the best estate agent that we have ever dealt with!! We first encountered Town and City Homes when we bought our house through them and were so impressed with their service. Deep was honest and upfront with us from the get go and we never feel like we were being played in negotiations like we have previously experienced with other agents... it was a breath of fresh air! All was going well until we hit some problems with our buyer and Deep even went out of his way to help us try and get to the bottom of it when our previous estate agent were completely useless! After unfortunately not being able to salvage things, we decided it was a no brainer and put our house back on the market with Town and City Homes. I arranged a viewing with this agency. when I arrived the agent was late. I called the company several times and nobody picked up. eventually the agent arrived and I addressed to him that the service I was given was poor. The agent behaved inappropriately and impulsively and made unnecessary remarks. as a result he refused to proceed with the viewing. The worst part about it is that the agent was actually the boss of Town & City Residential Lettings Ltd, Jorge Vieira. Not very good business skills.
