My portfolio used to be spread accross three agents but I have recently entrusted Tower Estates to manage all of my properties. I have always been pleased with their clear communication, prompt payment and proactivity in which they manage and maintain my assets. I have had trouble with other agents in the past but Tower Estates really have taken away the stress that comes with being a landlord. I am really happy with the service I receive and would highly recommend.

The absolute best letting agent in…

The absolute best letting agent in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and Humberside! My previous experience with all other agents has been impersonal, constant chasing for information or response etc., however Tower Estates are faultless! They pick up the phone, reply to you in a friendly manner and sort out any issues immediately. I will never go to anyone else, 11 stars out of 10

Landlord review - 5 stars!!!

I have been with Tower Estates Ltd for over 10 years. I have only had positive experiences with them, be it when a tenant was no paying his rent years ago, when repairs needed to be done or the day-to-day supervision of my property. When repairs are required, they will sort out the repair team and liaise with the tenant on the days to access the property and I just need to pay the bill. I am very happy with the service and would highly recommend it! Many thanks, Tower Estates Ltd.

Brilliant service for both landlords and tenants

Tower Estates manage our property and they have really looked after us as well as our tenants. They are friendly, efficient, professional and helpful. We needed a new EPC and Chris organised that for us as well as some issues that cropped up because of it. I highly recommend Tower Estates for landlords and tenants.

Considerate and respectful estate agents

Before finding Tower Estates, we always dreaded the process of dealing with estate agents who seem to care more about landlords and treat tenants as untrustworthy from the outset. This DOES NOT apply to Tower Estates, who are BY FAR the best estate agents we've interacted with, and were a major draw in us viewing their portfolio of properties. They are very transparent on their website, have no hidden/extra fees, and their language and actions are always respectful, fair and helpful. They were flexible in sending the contract ahead of time with clear instructions to ease our moving logistics, and even left a lovely welcome box when we moved in. We're very grateful to have them as our agents, and wish more would follow their example.

Tower Estates have managed all of my properties since 2013. For me, voids are virtually unheard of. Any repairs or maintenance issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with, using known and proven tradespeople, landlords being charged the actual cost i.e. no agency additions as they deem their charges to include any associated administration costs. From a tenant’s perspective, their efforts know almost no bounds and frequently go way beyond their contractual responsibilities. Your welfare is a real concern to all members of the team. I suspect this is due to them being a family concern rather than just a branch of a more widespread organisation. Be you a landlord or tenant you will both be treated in equal measure with honesty, integrity and a full understanding of each party’s responsibilities and obligations. In my experience, the best letting agency in Scarborough. Thoroughly recommended.

I'm moving back to Scarborough from Skipton, I saw a property advertised with Tower Estate Agents, and from the first phone call explaining my situation they have given me 100% customer service especially Tom. They have kept in touch with me every step of the way, and if I've rung them I got 5 star treatment. So if you want honest, reliable, friendly and sincere service look no further than these guys, I would fully recommend them.
