The quality of estate agents in the UK is shocking and this place is no exception. Telling porkies from day one. Fortunately their short term memory is shocking, so it is easily spotted. The portfolio appears to be overpriced by 10-20%, so be careful you don’t buy a millstone for your neck. Get a good survey and a good solicitor. Approach with caution.

Before finding Tower Estates, we always dreaded the process of dealing with estate agents who seem to care more about landlords and treat tenants as untrustworthy from the outset. This DOES NOT apply to Tower Estates, who are BY FAR the best estate agents we've interacted with, and were a major draw in us viewing their portfolio of properties. They are very transparent on their website, have no hidden/extra fees, and their language and actions are always respectful, fair and helpful.
