Tower Estates have managed all of my properties since 2013. For me, voids are virtually unheard of. Any repairs or maintenance issues are swiftly and professionally dealt with, using known and proven tradespeople, landlords being charged the actual cost i.e. no agency additions as they deem their charges to include any associated administration costs. From a tenant’s perspective, their efforts know almost no bounds and frequently go way beyond their contractual responsibilities. Your welfare is a real concern to all members of the team. I suspect this is due to them being a family concern rather than just a branch of a more widespread organisation. Be you a landlord or tenant you will both be treated in equal measure with honesty, integrity and a full understanding of each party’s responsibilities and obligations. In my experience, the best letting agency in Scarborough. Thoroughly recommended.

From the beginning to the end of my tenancy, I have been treated with utmost courtesy by everyone at Tower Estates. All queries and issues with the property have been dealt with promptly and efficiently, even under difficult circumstances. I have rented properties from other estate agents in Scarborough, but have never been treated with respect before, which I believe should be mutual. I almost felt part of the Tower Estates family and will highly recommend this business to other prospective tenants. Plus I received my bond monies the next day!

I sold my flat in Scarborough today and the sale was handled by Tower Estates and they kept me informed all the way through. Great team nothing was too much trouble. Prior to the sale Tower Estates were the management company who looked after the flat for over 12 years and without them I would have sold the flat years ago. Considerate and respectful estate agents

Before finding Tower Estates, we always dreaded the process of dealing with estate agents who seem to care more about landlords and treat tenants as untrustworthy from the outset. This DOES NOT apply to Tower Estates, who are BY FAR the best estate agents we've interacted with, and were a major draw in us viewing their portfolio of properties. They are very transparent on their website, have no hidden/extra fees, and their language and actions are always respectful, fair and helpful. They were flexible in sending the contract ahead of time with clear instructions to ease our moving logistics, and even left a lovely welcome box when we moved in. We're very grateful to have them as our agents, and wish more would follow their example.

Landlord review - 5 stars!!!

I have been with Tower Estates Ltd for over 10 years. I have only had positive experiences with them, be it when a tenant was no paying his rent years ago, when repairs needed to be done or the day-to-day supervision of my property. When repairs are required, they will sort out the repair team and liaise with the tenant on the days to access the property and I just need to pay the bill.
