Garden and side of house floods to 4-6inches complained some e moving in nothing done 2 months on! Doors faulty garden floods taps leaking bath leaking damage to window sills. Various other defects nothing done I feel totally discriminated against because I am a shared owner

Options for kitchen is terrible

The sales services of purchase is nice and good.However, when facing the options for kitchen is not a good experience. We are considering to upgrade our kitchen and been told that must take all the eletrical appliance in package. This is not flexible and not personalise for buyer. We have our own washer , we would like to use it back as the integrated washer is small capacity and not energy efficient. It is okay for us to pay for it as well，we just requesting not to integrated in and leave the open space door off, trim board base in utilty room for us to let us install our old washer and dryer. But we were told that TW cant help on it. Will it be wasting time and money for me to redo again after completion ? Definately a unhappy and unpleasant experience on these issue.

Maidenfields, Sudbury - awful

Maidenfields, Sudbury site - the sales team are AWFUL they havent got a clue between them, Simi (cant remeber surname) in the sales office broke consumer code by misselling us. we were told, and had in writing, our plot would come with a carport - when in fact this was never the case. our house was filthy the day we moved in, paint and gloss still wet everywhere, all carpets stained so had to be replaced, painting was awful (more on the carpets than the wall) and the whole house had to be repainted top to bottom (and finished, they hadn't even sanded the woodwork down before painting). bath had to be replaced because to was damaged, installed the wrong colour sink and then damaged our worktop when they eventually installed the correct colour - all in all, would not recommend TW to my worst enemy, and would probably take a chance on a persimmon home over another TW home!Updated post 02/05/2023 - provided the requested details on 27/04/2023 and no contact since.Updated post 03/05/2023 - TW lying again claiming they’ve been in contact with me, I havent received contact from anybody regarding the above.03.05.2023 - latest disappointment, just discovered the handles on every single one of our kitchen cupboard doors has been installed by TW wonky so we can’t change the handles without it looking horrific - TW are saying they would never have sorted this snag, as it’s not a build defect and claiming the holes were predrilled off site

Im a FTB with no experience at all, buying a house with TWimpey in Ipswich. They were so helpful and gave me a lot of bonuses. Connected me with the people i need to make the process seamless. Always available to answer all my questions and Simon in Ipswich office was great. He took my through detailed history and explanation of all i need to know about the property. I learnt buying a house could be one of the most stressful things to do but my experience is different with TW. Thanks.
