Pleasant Experience

We have been to a no. of developers recently and we must say the customer service and the friendly attitude that we received from Lizzie at Holy Hill II was commendable. I met two of the best and most elegant ladies in the sales office of the project. I did not see the kindest of them. They gave me a lot of their time to explain the features and sections of the project and the details of the house. They helped me choose and detail the house that I chose as if it was their home. Warranty repairs

At the beginning TW were good but now very poor. Customer care is out the window. I currently have a serious issue in my 7 month old house. I have water coming in up through the floor of my garage and most likely hallway (tiled floor). I’ve reported this in writing and via their call centre. I’m told this issue is not a priority and no timescale for any work on the issue has been given. It’s over a week now. Surely water leaking up through the concrete floor warrants urgent attention. What damage is it doing to my property. TW couldn’t seem to careless

Poor quality build and appalling customer service

We've lived in our Linden Home for around 18 months and wish we had never bothered. Definitely not a 5 star builder.We expected there to be a couple of issues regarding snags around the house, but nearly 2 years in and barely any of them have been resolved as the customer service team seems to have a revolving door in regards to staff. It's near impossible to get hold of customer services and should you be lucky enough to speak to someone, they are unbelievably incompetent and unable to resolve any problems. The problem also seems to extend to the site team who, according to customer services, don't answer their mobiles, so make it difficult to get answers.

Great Experience

I have been so impressed with the experience of buying my property in Ely. The experience felt like friends looking after me rather than a hard sell. Linda in Ely went out of her way to find me the perfect house without pressure. I went back after viewing another property at another site (no where near as nice an experience) and bought the property Linda had showed me. Rachael Firth followed up and I was just as impressed. These women were great and made the whole experience special and easy. I’m still going through the process but cannot fault my experience so far.

Hornbeam Gardens Micklefield

We moved into the new Hornbeam Gardens estate in Micklefield. I have to say the estate and home are exceptional. From the moment we reserved our new home both the girls in the office (Rebecca) and the site have been amazing. We have an autistic child and explained his sensory issues and they worked to offer alternatives to the basic white offered on the lower options choices . The day we moved everything went smoothly, we had one one or two minor snagging issues which were mostly rectified that day, we were even provided with an on-site skip in order to dispose of our moving boxes and rubbish. The build quality and care taken by this site is exceptional . As we have been here almost 6 months I wanted to leave a review to give a fair reflection on what it’s like living here and it’s beautiful. The house is everything we wanted and more . The site is still being worked on so there is site noise but it’s really not an issue. In respect of the old tip site I have to say it’s really not an issue-you do get the occasional venting smell, but it’s not often and we have read the site is being closed and turned into a reserve ,so it’s shouldn’t be an issue going forward. All in all this Taylor Wimpy site has delivered and if you are thinking of purchasing here we would recommend it .

Poor communication and failed promises. Service by sales was great but since moving in the customer service stopped. I’ve had a few issues some are still outstanding years later including a retaining wall which is unstable.

No interest in their customers

Been in our house for a year and our experience continues to be very, very poor. Cannot get a straight answer about issues raised on touchpoint. Every time you call up you're given different answers, communication very poor and promised callbacks never happen. TW have to be the worst company we have ever dealt with. Latest example my husband called up on friday again to ask for a simple straight answer and was promised a callback that day, no call on friday, no call yesterday and he was just told to callback tomorrow. Nobody takes responsibility and nobody cares. It's taken a year for them to fix a kitchen fitting reported on the day we moved in.Edit - finally spoke to someone at the right office (thanks Gaynor for your efforts) and told something directly contradicted by an email a few weeks ago from our sites Customer Relations Manager, TW really are inept
