This is my review at this stage of Buying

At this point in my purchasing journey of a new build in Coppid Binfield, I am withholding judgment, but I would appreciate contact from a responsible party in TW. My contact details can be got from Sales office Coppid Binfield Sales.Presently, I am encountering obstacles that leave me feeling manipulated & deceived. To ensure effective communication and possibly a solution. I feel at a chat at the site would be better and I will be able to explain myself well.The salesperson AT THE SITE says he has no time. I have been absolutely flexible with my timings - I have suggested Any day of the working week but at 1600hrs as I am working. Any time over the weekend. Though I have mentioned the date as 24/05/2023 it is a ongoing experience. PradeepI have not changed my review above but I am just adding a message for Ruby. Ruby, Thanks for your quick response. Horrendous aftercare!!

TW strategically send out requests for these reviews immediately after you make the deposit & therefore when the sales teams are at their most helpful. It’s all downhill from there! The after-sales service at Burleyfields Stafford (or lack thereof) is atrocious. Our house still has snags outstanding 2 years after we moved in. AVOID!!Update: Hi Ruby, I have been contacted but the issue is still no closer to being resolved.

Newton Park - Sleaford

We are in the process to buy a house at the Newton Park development in Sleaford and so far our experience has been positive. We had a few issues along the way, but Roxy, our Sales Executive, has done an amazing job in bringing everything back on track. The site team has been also fantastic and our new home is ready earlier than expected. We couldn't ask for more.

Horrendous After Sale Customer Service

They laid our front and back garden with contaminated soil filled with leather jackets which have eaten the turf we paid for. 8 months after moving in and we still are unable to grow any grass in our garden as they continue to ignore the problem. We essentially live on a dirt patch which isn't ideal when you have a puppy you're wife is expecting twins this summer Many other houses on the Meadfields estate are having this issue. Taylor Wimpy have promised multiple times they will send someone to atleast check what's going on and they still have been unable to do

My experience was made perfect all down to Lizzi and holly hill II site in rossington Doncaster , she couldn’t do enough for me and her knowledge of Taylor Whimpys homes was amazing second to none, I loved her personality and enthusiasm towards her job 10/10I have viewed a few new builds but none compare to Taylor whimpy, there attention to detail is spot on and I can’t wait to move into mine in October 🙌🙌🙌🏡🏡🏡

If you want to buy a building site, go ahead!

If you want to buy a building site, go ahead!Over 12 months since we moved in and the snags declared on day 1 are still waiting to be fixed.Expect a garden full of potholes, mouldy skirting boards, wavey walls, broken tiles and a customer "care" team who couldn't care less, and provide empty promises on fixes that they have no intention of doing.The Manchester team should be ashamed of themselves and I have been recommending that people STEER CLEAR unless they want to be pushed into depression by the awful standard of finish and horrid customer service.

Poor aftercare at Meadowbrook Carlisle.

On-going poor aftercare and customer service.I have been trying to get my patio door fixed since March!I have called customer services over 10 times regarding this. They are friendly but not useful. They always apologise and say they will get a contractor to contact me as an emergency within 24 hours. Nothing happens. It is just lip service to try and get you off the phone as soon as possible.I would advise people calling to wait on the phone whilst they contact the contract over the phone themselves and arrange a date time via them.
