Been waiting 8 weeks for a bath plug……

Been waiting 6 weeks for a bath plug… customer service is absolutely shocking. Stressed to customer services that I have a newborn and need the bath to be working to which they advised they will sort. 7 days since my last email which I’ve had to chase and still no response. Absolute waste of time.8 weeks now and still no response from customer service, just ignoring my emails… disgusting service!07/08/23 Still ongoing… wonder when il get a response from customer service with an update. Called over a week ago and was told I will get a phone call back, still waiting for that phone call… again disgusting customer service

Amazing Experience at Swinston Rise

Continually suggest issues/damages don’t exist

I have had two leaks in my en-suite, originally the plumber couldn’t find these. On reporting for the second time, Taylor Wimpy told me that this was ‘outwith the warranty’ and the plumber call out to this for the SECOND time was a ‘good will’, where he found and repaired both leaks. There has been a leak in my living room ceiling which resulted in damage to the floor. The plumber has since been out today and cut a whole in the ceiling, telling me that although he could ‘see the water marks on the ceiling’ both he and the joiner were unable to locate the source of the leak, NOT that there wasn’t a leak as Taylor Wimpy have suggested. I spoke with the plumber in depth and told him how Willow Gardens Customer Service have previously not truthfully communicated his initial reports. It would be greatly appreciated if as much time and effort could go into fixing my issues, rather than continually suggesting that they don’t exist. Awful.

Poor customer service

I purchased my property 2.5 years ago and during this time the majority of people in my development have had issues with snagging not being resolved, terrible communication and awful customer service.I would encourage you to do your research before considering buying a property from these developers.
