Seems strange to write a review after only part of the process, so this has been crafted based only on my experiences to date.Warm welcome from the sales team at the site I'm buying one of the show homes from. Couldn't be more helpful at explaining the process and also detailing what is/isn't included together with answering all questions to this point.Let's hope that everything going forward is as smooth including the period after I've actually moved into my new home.

The poorest lowest quality home's full of the cheapest fixtures and fittings that will need replacing after two or three year's.... To name a few things we have had to pay to replace shower enclosures, toilet cisterns, taps, front door, windows have blown.... The Windows and doors are not covered under a meaningful warranty. Thr priority is cost control over any form of quality.Then you have all the major defects that emerge..... Look at the positive reviews of those that have either yet to move into their home or only been in their home a short period of time. In three year's most people's view will be very negative....You have been warned.

Thank you for your comments and we are sorry that you feel this way. I understand that you have been in touch with the local business unit and advised that as your 2 year warranty expired in 2016 there are aspects that are no longer covered and now become homeowner maintenance. Ruby

A very poor organisation. doesn't even bother to reply to your tweet or FB comment. No marketing principles and sheer high handedness or might be discriminatory towards men with colour. Simply duped me of GBP 1000 , in name of policy not even considering medical emergency at my place, which never will inspire a customer for future business with them.

We have a zero tolerance policy towards discrimination of any kind and we have taken your allegations very seriously. Our reservation terms and conditions are applied equally to all of our customers. As outlined in our terms and conditions, all customers are entitled to receive a full refund on their deposit if they cancel their reservation within the 14 days cooling off period. As you cancelled after this period you have received a reimbursement of 50% of your deposit, in line with the terms and conditions. I have lived in my Wallace house in Troon since 2019, I was reluctant to review the house until it had settled. 4.5 years on I can’t fault it. It’s still as new, nothing has worn, not even a spotlight has flickered. I was sceptical being my first new build but I honestly can’t complain, the value has gone up too so overall it’s been a positive step.Neighbourhood is quiet & friendly, great place for families.

After purchasing a TW house the customer service is shocking, we bought a house after a sale fell through so we didn’t get options, waited nearly 5 mths to get garden weed killed and still awaiting rotavation, saying we had top soil which I would love to know when as garden has not even been rotovated, meaning no use of garden through out summer. Excuse after excuse and called liars from one of the CS team as said they believe only what the workers on site and why would they lie, just one of many issues with them. I would never buy another house from this lot as customer service guy thinks he’s a tradesman in all areas and he’s rude and aggressive.Still awaiting a call back and TW asked for my details through Trustpilot and yet again no call back from TW they respond on here to make it look like they careWould like to thank the senior person from TW for taking time out of their day and contacting us, and to provide a suitable resolution.

Bought a TW nearly 11 years ago. Beset with problems from the start, damp proof course not cut back so water drained into my property, plumbing not sufficiently tightened so leaks under sink and airing cupboard, glass in windows not centred in frame so there's a gap in the kitchen window, missing keys for doors meaning we've had to get locked changed. But 11 years on the estate is still not up to a standard suitable for adoption by the local council meaning each winter the road goes ungritted, any potholes have to be filled by residents. TW Customer service mostly respond to emails and calls but are generally toothless to help sort issues and just refer you to the technical team. Save your time and buy from someone else.

I bought a house in Rhoose, Barry.I have had an ongoing 3 year issue with my kitchen window leaking.The customer service is apauling. Taylor wimpy close jobs without telling you, close complaints without completing the complaint. The lack of information which they provide is terrible, you are constantly chasing their customer service department for info. The reps (handy men) they send out, come without the materials required to complete jobs but because they have come out they then close the job, and your back to square one.
