Avoid at all costs….

Avoid at all costs….Their supposed 2 year warranty is completely worthless as they have a get out clause for pretty much every eventuality. Other than the first few weeks where they appear relatively helpful, after this point onwards they don’t want to know. Would never buy one of their properties again and would not advise others to either.

Great house - terrible customer service post purchase.

Love our home and feel the purchase went well but the after purchase customer service has been really poor. We’ve had (in our opinion) small and acceptable snags but getting them resolved has been way harder than it should have been. Our CRM (for Wallyford) was really poor. Raised a complaint about this and don’t feel it was taken seriously by their Customer Director. Just such a shame to be undervalued in this tough market and would reconsider recommending going forwards.

Noise issues - lack of soundproofing.

I am in the process of having my snags addressed. However, some of the things that have been raised were dismissed.For example uneven turf (visible to anyone who looks at it) and debris under the grass not removed. My main concern however, is with the noise that I get from the neighbours (I am end of terrace). When they walk up and down the stairs and on a landing I can hear them clearly. I could hear less impact noise when I had neighbours above me. Its really annoying and causes anxiety. Site solution is for me to put furniture at home. Really ??? We have a brick between us, how logically am I hearing someone walking on their landing that lives next to me? The problem is TW has not done any sound testing as they claim they used correct materials and so are not obliged to do so. I don't understand how they can prove its in the limits of 62 db. The noise makes is hard to live and enjoy the new house. As I said I had less noise with someone living above me and it was also a new built. There are solutions to this but sadly TW is not interested to resolve. Very disappointed. So unless you are interested when your neighbours are going to bed or having a shower, and don't like piece and quiet think twice before purchasing. Also be aware they really do not like professional snaggers and I didn't like the way they were implying it was waste of money, “as they look for snags to justify their role”. Believe me when you spent so much money on the new house, snagger cost is nothing and gives piece of mind. If you are confident in your product you don't have to worry about them.

Bordering a one star. An honest review. The only reason it is not one star is because Ellie is a great sales person who was nothing but amazing during the buying process. The only hiccup was a lady Purvinder who was very keen to have us change it to short notice, in hindsight probably just to close a sale quicker and on the phone advised a move in date of September. It ended up being a month later. Post buy is where it took a sharp dip the support is extremely sluggish, unorganised, hard to get written updates on snagging lists. re-active, as someone who works in the support field I was appalled at the response times, the action, the overall lack of progress. Squeezing blood out of a stone comes to mind. Now things are escalated it “appears” things are moving, I say appear as it’s still early days. It’s barely been a month since we’ve moved in and it feels like I’ve been here for years due to the fact how slow things have been moving. Many times I physically had to go find people. I hope they come through on their word and restore some faith.

All additional queries were dealt with efficiently which has culminated in an effective offer to purchase.Now look forward to choosing finishes for our new home.
