Just bought a 3 bed Alton G at Woodside in Rawtenstall. Smooth process from start to finish. Myself and my solicitor were kept informed at every stage by Ben in sales office and the legal team (Mahj). We had a target date for completion in mind and the team worked hard to meet it which we did and kept everybody in the chain happy. Gorgeous house im really pleased both inside and out, one or two little cosmetic touchups required but i believe these are in hand. 5 stars from me!

St Augustines Place

Had nothing but a positive experience so far on our new home journey. Bought a lovely new home on St Augustines place and the home, the site and the team have been great. Lisa in sales helped us reserve back earlier this year and helped us and kept us updated throughout the whole process. Even once we were in Lisa and Emma from sales have looked after us amazingly. We paid an external snagger to check our home and there were minimal issues found. The site team were quick and professional in rectifying those few issues and have been great in checking in on us. Neil who completes the quality checks and Ash one of the site managers have both been incredibly helpful. We were nervous at first when looking at a new build but I'm glad we did as we have a lovely, good quality family home.

Serious Leakage in 9 Cadence Way 16 months ago still havent been sorted.

Im the owner of No 9 Cadence Way - E20 1LR.After i got the house a couples of months then there was a serious leakage in August 2022 which made me and the family to stay in the hotel for a couples of days until they came to stop it temparatorly and they promised that they will send builder coming to do the inspection and change the carpets of the whole house. It will take up to 10-14 days so you can imagine how badly it was damaged. Up to now, after 16 months, i still havent been done due to some delays.The lady named Emma who take care of this issues is very difficult to reach. To be honest there was now ways to contact her or the team. I sent her email, message and also mentioned it to the emergency service couples of times so far to hope that someone will contact me to get the house fixed in mid Jan 2024 as they promised that they will do when the tenants move out on 14th Jan 2024. I will be on holiday in 2 more days for 5 weeks. I desperately need some one contacting me within 2 days to confirm the date they will do the work which is 15th Jan 2024. Otherwises the house cannot be let due to the bad conditions of the house at the moment.

AWFUL AWFUL COMPANY!!purchased a new home - should be straightforward with no issuesThe whole of the ground floor shakes when the washing machine is on - they refuse to investigate thissmelly noisy drains - they refuse to sort this outstair tread loose and clonky - they tried to fix this this and it is still no goodkitchen finish dreadfulplugs in bathrooms were damaged on move in and overflow finisher missing - they have refused to replace theseRude staff, sales staff lied to us when reservingWe have requested copies of all inspection reports and this has been refusedIssues have been reported since June still not resolved - avoid at all costsSurprise surprise, more lies!! They refuse to investigate the whole ground floor shaking with the washing machine on - say we have refused works to be done(actually the contractors needed to get additional authorisation for the additional repairs to bd completed) refuse to share contact info - the “customer relations manager” needs some serious training - there is no customer service with this company - following this we will be going to NHBC and the news

Lack of interest in resolving issues

I have previously given 2 stars but I am now reducing to 1 as "the office", has never contacted me to resolve the soundproofing issue, despite posting here they will. So not only they are not willing to provide good quality products and amend issues, they also lie to the public and that's a big red flag.
