Trying to sell a house purchased 4 years ago with Linden. Even though the house is freehold , there is a clause which states this can be turned into a leasehold if Linden wishes at anytime. To rectify this it has taken 4 months and counting!!, costing me thousand of pounds. Not only are Linden useless but the lawyers they have used in this case are equally atrocious, taking 3 weeks to reply to an email (Wilkin Chapman) If you are buying please read your contract properly, personally I would never buy from these crooks.

TrustpilotMoved in June 2023 to Buckton Fields .
Moved in June 2023 to Buckton Fields .. carpets have started to wrinkle in some areas .. somehow the carpet fitters for TW have made the assumption that the problem has been caused by dog urine ! They have not even been out to assess ! All because my dog happened to be in one of the photos I submitted ! How dare they make such an assumption.. also having big problems with drainage in the back garden .. it’s a muddy bog and the grass has died .. I don’t have the required amount of top soil or adequate drainage . I do clean the dogs feet when they come in from the garden but when it looks like this it’s going to have an impact on the lounge carpet yet the area manager for TW has closed the case re carpets ! Disgraceful. Am awaiting Kelly’s to put better drainage in so there’s obviously a problem. Very very unhappy with TW customer service .. or lack of ! . The problem is ongoing … Nov 23 is when I first raised concerns with the carpets .

Outstanding service and quality of house at St Augustine’s place, Herne Bay. The sales team Emma and Lisa are absolutely amazing and a credit to the company. So friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. We are so happy with the finish of our home and had hardly any snags at all and the house was finished earlier than expected. I highly recommend.

It's just the worst building company ever. Zero quality and Zero Customer service. It's been absolutely disgusting to deal with Linden/Vistry Customer service, so unprofessional and disrespectful. All the care is money coming in and nothing else. If I had an opportunity for a Zero star review, this would definitely be it.

You couldn't find nicer people to deal with when you go to site just to look around. Their not pushy, just give you all the details of houses for sale. Are more than happy to show you round the site so you can view the houses in various build stages. If you decide to buy they explain every stage clearly and will answer any question you have even if you think its a silly question.

We have had an ongoing leak from our main bathroom that has twice come through our downstairs ceiling. I was told last year by customer service that no leak existed, even though it came through our living room ceiling and damaged our flooring. The leak started again this week and after the plumber attended, he found a leak behind the bath and advised that someone would attend to repair it. I then received a ‘case closed’ email from Taylor Wimpy and when I phoned to say that the leak had not been repaired, I was advised that it was a ‘sealant issue’ and that this came under ‘home maintenance’. A leak significant enough to come through another part of the house is not maintenance - it is a constant battle trying to get basic issues rectified. Avoid.

We bought at Beaumont Gate, Aiskew, couldn’t fault the process. Kate was extremely helpful through the process and we managed to get some fantastic incentives. The site team and Steph have been great with the minor issues we have had since. Everything we flagged has been sorted in a timely manor so that has been really good. Everyone has been really approachable with any concerns or issues we’ve raised. We are happy with our property and we’d recommend!
