TAYLOR Whimpey is doing as ethicless business. I frustrated exchanging the emails over their mistake in the construction. They did not install the rain water pipe as per the design then moved the fence towards my property and row of tiles missed at the fence an the pot holes in the land scape. I have informed TW in June 2022, first the technician came and saw and agreed to move the fence. And they observed that bit more work and material is required they trying to escape that work with various reasons. They keep on lagging to escape the work.I asked the employee to give the director's email I'd But no response. I have all proofs.The date of experience is given as current month but I am really patient enough to wait for more than 20months. Even they wrongly guided me to go NHBC for this work. It is literally ethicless or may be main people of TW don't know this cause. Or might be scam of TW employees.

Their legal department is a joke! Provided wrong advise for a year and want to wash their hands of it. Costing time and money. Very poor service.Please don't ask for my contact details to resolve this because you are very sorry it has happened. Speak to your legal department as they will know me and ask them to answer my emails if they want to resolve it!Update since reply: No, that is not correct. They have washed their hands of it!

I was lucky enough to meet Simon and Rachael, when I went to look at the new Show Homes at Brightwell Lakes. I found them to be very knowledgable, and was very impressed at all the forward thinking which had been put in place at this development - the Air Source Heating and the Electric Car Charging points.

Great quality house in the Newcastle area. Small snags dealt with in reasonable timescales. None of our snags were disputed (all were minor though to be honest).Overall good to deal with, don't believe all the horror stories. You need to try and learn about their performance in the local market as the actual builders they use have the biggest effect on your house.
