Really good service from the sales team, the reservation with Annabelle was amazing and she was very helpful going above and beyond. She went over what we needed to know but also gave suggestions on how we can upgrade and make the house look nicer which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend to any first time buyers

Great customer service from Angela and Sandra from the very start. This includes communication, ensuring we were well informed at every turn during the buying process. Every accommodation was made to help us get over the line with the purchase, for which we are very grateful.Also after the purchase communication with Nathan and Michael has been excellent with any snagging issues.A special mention goes to Iain for actually dealing with almost all the snagging in the house. Always available to speak to and come round to sort any problems that need attended to. Excellent post-sales service.

We have now been in our home for 2 weeks at Britannia Grange, Thetford, Norfolk and we have fallen in love with our new home. That is thanks to Adam, Carole, Andy, Jordan and the rest of the team at Britannia Grange. They all did their part in making the experience as easy for us as possible from the first time we viewed the property to the after care. Any issues regarding the buying process Adam was on hand to chase these on our behalf. We always heard horror stories regarding new builds but that certainly isn't the case with Britannia Grange.

We will have been living in our new build 3 years in June this year. We are still waiting for our ‘snag list’ and other issues to be fixed. Trying to communicate with customer services is exhausting, passed from person to person, when you escalate your case, you speak to a half capable human who promises you the world. Then back to square one. We have had more people around to ‘assess the job’ than I can count. We have been waiting for a replacement toilet for two years, good job we have three! Have I chased it up I hear you ask, yep, they cannot give me any information because a contractor supplies it, they will contact you (they don't) can I have the name of the contractor so I can chase it up? Course I can’t. All the finishes in the house are horrendous, I decided to decorate the kitchen/dinner because it was the only room that wasn’t waiting for things to be fixed (apart from the window and patio door) it took me two days to sand the walls down and other prep which you just shouldn’t have to do in a new build. When we unscrewed the sockets and light switches we realised that they had been filled around the edges to mask the awful job. We now have holes around the sockets/switches. Just one example, I could right an essay. I honestly think it’s hilarious at this point. Thank goodness we don’t have major issues.If you have to buy a house from this company I would 100% recommend getting a snag Dr in, it will be the best money you have ever spent, this company will literally tell you the earth is flat!

Are you Looking for a new home? Do you enjoy being happy and stress free? Do you like company’s who are open and honest? If you have answered yes then AVOID AVOID AVOID linden homes in Suffolk at all costs!!! Don’t believe a word they tell you, from the moment you start a journey with them you will sincerely regret it and wish you went to reputable builder in the area. Customer service is rude, slow, aggressive communication style and unhelpful, I’ve had better service from McDonald’s staff on work experience. I fully regret buying my 3 bed semi house from linden it’s been nothing but structural problems with the house, they built my neighbours driveway to narrow so he/she can’t park their cars on it and now the site have asked me to give permission for them to dig up the green land in front my house so they can build me neighbours a carpark as they don’t know how else to resolve the issue for a mistake THEY made and they are now making it my problem and ruining the nice view I have but there is no f#cks given!!!! I’ve emailed and called and expressed my views but no luck!! It’s fallen on deaf ears.

This is our second family home we have purchased through Taylor Whimpey, first house was a great experience, some problems as you would expect regarding finishes and warranty but they got sorted. Second home, where do you start!! Our home has been flooded out twice with surface water coming from the back of a field, this problem has been going on for nearly a year and still no resolution. Our garage has been flooded eleven times now and everything inside is mouldy, rusty and damaged. TW have stop responding to emails, phone calls and their emergency contact number is terrible. Mr David Ambercrombie who is one of the directors for TW has now decided to stop replying to any emails and calls. The credibility of this man is terrible, I don’t know how he looks at his self in the mirror. He’s a liar and deceitful, full of false promises.Hopefully he’ll have the decency to make things right. My advice to anyone is when purchasing a home from this company, make sure every conversation is put in writing for evidence based, so if there is a problem big or small you have a record. This is now being handed over the solicitors and Northumberland County Council for investigation soon as this is crazy. Let’s hope we get some sort of a reply….
