A really nice looking, well fitted and finished house in well cared for surroundings. The sales executive, Bryony Green, is very knowledgeable, not pushy and didn’t use any “hard sell” tactics. She worked hard to get us the right deal. The information on the house, both paper and electronic versions, is comprehensive. The way forward is very well mapped out, too, in terms of snagging, being shown how the house systems work etc.

A terrible developer. The window sill is leaking, and after an inspection in April, they removed my window sill board, leaving a large hole of 30×120cm. I have emailed the developer's customer service department over ten times, but they haven't responded. To this day, no one has come to fix it

Have concerns that the estate is still left unfinished, no landscaping complete to spec and suds pond unfinished with ugly fence surrounding it. Weeds everywhere and paths unfinished. Lack of after care is abhorrent.

A dreadful experience. Faults too many to mention which Taylor wimpy were well aware of before completing and had more than sufficient time to correct. Since completion a list of very poor responses to the many faults and very poor quality finish.

TrustpilotAvoid at all costs!!! They just don't care! 4 months & counting and still got the stress!
Shocking tradespeople used to complete there houses, then take forever to fix any snags and when they do whoever they use generally creates even more issues that need resolving, probably got at least 100 issues in my new build home, complained to customer service manager to get resolved and now 4 months on from 1st complaint and still very little done & what has been is either very poor and needs redoing or the people doing it have to come back to do the same job over & over, moved in with 9 damaged kitchen doors, replaced 8 out of 9 on 1st attempt & 5 of them damaged, came back to replace 6 out of 6, 5 of them now damaged, this rate will need 5-6 visits to replace some damaged doors & thats the least of our worries! Staff are very poor and don't actually care about the customer it seems! i could go on & on! Just stay clear!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After care is terrible and the estate is yet to be finished. Which has been promised many times and not followed through. But the worst bit is the toddlers park that was built the bins are over flowing with rubbish and attracting rats. When they are contacted they tell us some one will be out and they don’t turn up very poor

Jackie at Weldon Manor was absolutely superb. She allowed us to view the show rooms with plenty of time. We were explained all the details that came with the house and all questions were answered both quickly and thoroughly. We had left the viewing feeling satisfied, appreciated and comfortable. Reserving the house of our choosing was also swift and informative. Customer service was and still is amazing. We could not of asked for a better experience to start things off!

VERY VERY BAD. They said sold-out completely in that site. But again 6months later They advertised a plot available for sale and ready to go. I and friends are calling from last 1 week, all calls going directly to the voice mail. No response to voice mails, viewings request messages, call back requests.
