From the first point of contact with Carol, at Lunar Rise, it’s been nothing but a pleasure to speak to her. Nothing is ever too much, she is honest, professional, takes the time to really understand what you are looking for in your next home, and everything is delivered with a smile and a warm, sunny disposition. The development looks wonderful and is great value for money, being built under the new building regs etc. Highly recommend!

I am here once again writing up a petty complaint because my agent are refusing to fix issues and pointing fingers at me. I have all the proof in the world but unfortunately trust pilot does not allow me to upload pictures. Incompetent consisting off hamfisted Scottish builders who can’t even do one simple thing. And these Scot’s pride themselves slagging of “made in china” products…as if your handy “Scottish” work and craftsmanship is any better. Total joke

Just don't. It's not worth it. All they want is your money and then the aftercare is absolutely atrocious. Issue after issue after issue and customer service who just ignore you or blame you as the customer. They don't care about communities just your cash. Don't take my word for it, countless videos, news reports and reviews out there. Do your research and avoid without fail!

We had bought our first home from Taylor Whimpey. Our experience from start of the process till we moved to our house was very smooth and good. Thanks to Cathy who is the Sales person helped us along the way and then Maria from her team also joined. We were given information at right time . Once we got the keys Lucy from customer services took over and was in regular touch and was responsive and able to come out for demo and resolving house queries . Dan our Site manager was also informative and welcomed demo all the things about our house. Its been 2 weeks since we moved to our property and we are loving the house and the quality of the house is also very good. There are ifs and buts which happens everywhere , however in general from reserving the house till we moved in the journey was very good.

Same old lies, abdication and zero service from this shambles of a Company re The Coppice Carlisle. Resembles a badly run down inner city council estate as they wash their hands of ever doing anything despite residents constantly pursuing them for over 2 years. Last year the grounds were cut 4 times, weeds and grass 5 feet high. Children unable to get to any of the £20k pay areas. This year locals cut areas of it until they finally get round to cutting the 4 foot high grass end May. Today they are back, a week late to drag mounds of rotting grass around and leave the place looking even more of an eyesore. The same contractors took out a bench last time with their tractor so now we also have a smashed up bench to cheapen the area even more. Weeds grow out of most of the roads and brickwork-zero done, zero treatment-The paths washed away and invaded by weeds everywhere-in some places 6 inches deep of the gravel path gone and unable to walk on it-path floods in areas sometimes a foot deep and 5 foot long-zero done. Never collect the grass so we have equiv of bales of hay. I visited the sister site near us yesterday-it is pristine in every way but us 2 miles away, 3rd class citizens and constant excuses and inaction--I advise any of you to avoid these charlatans as our development resembles a complete dump so dont trust a word they say and please instead of sending heartfelt empathy from the local customer service clowns, actually and finally fix this at the 3rd year of asking
