They are great, until you get the keys.Then every single form of compassion from all members of the team go out the window. Nightmare to deal with, waiting moths for answers. Then to get fobbed off by everyone. Literally could not advise people anymore than stay away from taylor wimpey if you want to remain sane.*edit following reply* even though we are in the 2 years builders warranty still and because the office are ignoring reports.

They advertise on their website that their houses go through detailed quality checks but the multiple professionals didn't pick up the error in my boundary until I raised the issue. No CO alarm, so unsure how NHBC inspector passed the house. 1 meter long debris and other obvious mess left in the home which again shows no proper inspections took place. Turf laid over concrete hoping I would not find out. They don't follow NHBC good practice nor their own 'Consistent Quality Approach' guide and use the excuse that it's within tolerance. Meaning subpar standards is fine for them. Total of 80 issues raised for a small 2 bed so far in a span of a few months. Also, the sales and their manager are not to be trusted. Communicate via email or recorded telephone calls where possible is my rule now.

Trustpilot2+ years later and the roads STILL not finished
We moved into our house back in November 2021 and were one a the last houses to be built/completed on our site. There were no issues with the house and at the bottom of the estate, the roads had just been finished. A year into living in our house, we thought progress was getting made as they had raised ALL the drains and manholes. It is now coming up to 3 years later and the roads are still not completed with weeds growing from the curbs and the manholes still raised. There has been no communication on what is happening and when we do get a response its passed on that it is the councils problem. Then the council say its TW problem as the roads haven't been adopted.

Hayley was very knowledgeable about the development and about the bungalow I am purchasing. She talked me through layout of bungalow and the outside amenities. Hayley talked me through timescale and legal side of buying the bungalow. Buying a property on my own is very daunting but Hayley put me at ease and answered all my questions.

Homes looks really good you had a lot for your money safe are lovely and helpful. although we are disappointed originally we were told all bedroom came with fitted wardrobes as standard and on our reservation day we were told no bedrooms come with these
