TrustpilotHouse still defective and roads unfinished over 2 years on
I still have many outstanding defects with my property after living at Connect@Halfway (Sheffield) now for over 2 and a half years. I’m constantly receiving false promises from them to rectify the defects.The estate roads remain unfinished years after the final property completed. Very, very poor after sales service. Once they’ve got your money they’re not interested. I’ve damaged three tyres on raised manholes in the snow which TW refuse to reimburse.My advice if you’re buying is to get any major issues resolved BEFORE you hand your money over.
