My experience with Taylor Wimpy has left much to be desired. Despite being initially attracted to Lancaster Square due to the promise of a reasonable service charge, Taylor Wimpy's failure to uphold their end of the bargain has been disappointing.The quality of construction in my flat is subpar, evidenced by frequent issues with the water supply and boiler. Despite recommendations from professionals, Taylor Wimpy refuses to address these concerns adequately, jeopardizing resident comfort and safety.Furthermore, Taylor Wimpy's communication and responsiveness leave much to be desired. Concerns raised regarding missing pipe work and malfunctioning gates have gone unaddressed for weeks, demonstrating a lack of accountability and commitment to resident satisfaction.Overall, Taylor Wimpy's misleading pricing tactics and negligent construction practices make them an unreliable choice for property development. Prospective buyers should exercise caution and consider alternative developers with a better track record of quality and integrity.

Disgraceful Company

Disgraceful Company, With only there interest at heart! I'm a single parent who thought I was buying my dream home for me and my children instead ive been battling for 3 years affecting my health and life. I have lived in my home for over 3 years now and still have a garden that is completely un-usuable to now again be told its down to homeowner maintenance and not the fact my garden is predominantly clay based. Customer care does not exist for this company, its never there fault and you have to battle for anything to be put right. Each time I have raised an issue it has been a long old battle for them to actually listen to my concerns and accept they are in the wrong as every time myself, my children and my pets have been to blame and then after an investigation it has become apparent that it was indeed Taylor Wimpeys Fault.

Check out the First Port Residents Action Group on F.B.Taylor tosh it and hop it Wimpey think First Port are trustworthy!!!FREEHOLDERS will find that questions about estate management will be met with a standard copy and paste answer. That is if you are lucky enough to get a reply. It will start with something like;IT IS NORMAL PRACTICE FOR A MANAGEMENT COMPANY TO BE APPOINTED TO MAINTAIN ESTATE OPEN SPACE ……..etc.They save money by not having to pay S106 money to the local authorities and S104 money to Water boards.Taylor Tosh it and Hop it Wimpey will sell on any landlord responsibilities to a financial investment company but will fail to inform estate residents. Why should they bother when Freeholders have no redress to organisations that can impose fines or sanctions on Taylor Tosh it & Hop it Wimpey.Even an employee of Taylor Tosh it & Hop it Wimpey with a claimed BSc.hons . member of the Chartered something…..has bottled out of a face to face meeting to explain why their “standard “ Transfer Contract and sales method is misleading. 7 years on and we still plagued and having issues with Taylor Wimpy not getting the roads adopted by the local council, this is causing residents lots of stress and unnecessary cost when trying sell homes and in some cases are losing buyers. Taylor Wimpy you need to get this sorted out ASAP i think 8+ yrs is long enough to sort out this issue

In love with our home

In love with our home, moved in 8 months ago and have no complaints, the sales team were really helpful, the house is built to a good standard with a lovely finish. Being a detached house is so peaceful we can’t hear any noise around us and our neighbours don’t hear us either. Linden were able to give us a good deal too to help with the purchase. Any snags at the start were dealt with immediately. So far so good.

Amazing experience so far

Mandy has been amazing so far (Melton Manor). I’ve just reserved my plot and honestly, despite my many emails, calls and visits her smile never waivers!
